Being able to edit my videos right inside the platform is a big plus. The templates also give me really helpful ideas for building sale pages and recording videos is very simple.

Pros

After searching for a replacement for Loom to record videos, plus another tool for sending personalized video tutorial campaigns to team members and customers, I came across this platform and it delivered everything I needed. The real bonus was the teleprompter feature which has made my work a lot simpler. Big credit to it for putting together such an impressive product and I'm confident they'll continue adding more useful features over time. Definitely worth buying!

Interface could use some refinement and there's still room to add more sales templates.

Using it has given me a full platform for recording and sharing videos. Video emails have been an excellent way to present my product or service to potential customers and I've been using them more every year because they help me connect with prospects in a fresh, more personal way. One of my favorite parts is that it lets me build a custom sales page for each video and include my own branding. That matters a lot to me since it keeps my sales pages consistent with the rest of my marketing.

At times, the videos can be a little slow to load.

It was so simple to set up and its interface feels polished and the support has been solid. The final product also turned out really well.

Was fairly simple and convenient overall. The Chrome extension is especially helpful for capturing videos instantly and the video editor is useful when you need to make quick edits.

At the same time, the tool still feels quite unstable and the Chrome extension repeatedly crashes the browser. It also lacks a Windows 10 app like the one available in Loom.

Right from the start, the app has been very user-friendly. Customizing things is simple, editing videos doesn't take much effort and the Chrome plugin has been a really nice addition.

Very simple to use, even for someone without a technical background and it makes it simple to get the most out of the platform. Sharing the videos you create on social media is also quick and convenient.

Its interface works well for non-technical users although I'd rather have fly-out menus instead of needing to fully click a button just to view the options. The Chrome extension for Gmail is also a nice touch and makes the whole process feel more smooth.

Branding is my biggest frustration. The cartoon-style characters come across as pretty immature and because the software places its logo on video pages, it can take away from a more professional look. I also really wish there were a native mobile app so the functionality could stretch further for more personal, on-demand videos.

Right away, the interface feels lightweight and runs without any issues. The workspace is very user-friendly and with only a few clicks you can put together your own videos, whether they are personal, story-based, instructional or any other style you want. It also gives you the option to create videos by recording directly or by using images so you can choose whichever method fits you best. Adding words and phrases to different videos is simple and sharing them across social networks is convenient too. Also, the built-in filters and effects help give videos a more professional look or a more fun one if that's what you're going for.

I've only used it a handful of times but up to this point it has worked really well. The only small downside is that creating videos felt a little tricky at first although after a few hours of using it, the process becomes much more manageable and you can create videos without any major trouble.

Standout thing for me was how customer-focused the team is. I had a few questions that felt pretty challenging for the project I was handling and instead of giving a generic response, they immediately offered to set up a call and walk through my specific use case. That kind of proactive support left a really positive impression on me. Even before I had fully set up the platform, their attitude alone made me feel confident that the product would do what I needed.

A few areas of the interface are not very user friendly at first and there is definitely room to make the layout clearer. I also shared feedback about what felt like illogical placement of certain elements. To their credit, the team took note of my comments and said they would discuss them internally.

After spending some time with its Hosting and Editing Service, it has turned out to be a really handy tool. The cloud-based editing is especially convenient since I can make changes without needing to leave the platform. It has also fixed the hassle of juggling separate video tools and hosting services. Also, the support team has been excellent... very responsive and always accommodating.

When a video is around 1 GB in size, it can take a while to process and become available for editing.

Platform feels very simple to use, with menus and options that are user friendly and simple to navigate. The Chrome extension is really handy and being able to edit the video after recording makes the whole process even better. Also, the support team has been helpful, efficient and quick to respond whenever needed.

One feature I'd still like to see improved is more control over the webcam recording box. It would be really useful to choose where it appears, move it around and adjust its size or even its shape. As far as I can tell, that either isn't available yet or it's not easy to find.

It does more than just record your screen share, webcam and microphone. It also lets you fine-tune everything afterward with a multi-track editor. Basic trimming and cropping are there, of course but being able to add a music track or sound effects, then finish it off with an intro or outro, makes the editing side feel much more capable.

Cons

A downside is that the video can take a while to compile after recording sometimes longer than you'd expect compared with the length of the recording itself.

Using this software has been a pleasure. It's quick to work with, simple to use and the Chrome plug-in makes everything even more convenient. You can handle almost everything in one place and being able to track views is a really useful bonus.
