“meeting organization done right”

Pros

Keeping all my meetings organized has become so much easier with this software. It has really helped me improve how I plan and manage everything and I'm genuinely glad I came across it. One thing I really appreciate is how much it has helped me better understand how to stay organized.

Cons

Honestly I haven't come across any issues with this software. Everything is clearly labeled and laid out in an organized, simple way. It does exactly what it says it will do and that's something I really appreciate.

“Powerful meeting management toolkit”

Pros

One of the biggest strengths is how much control it gives users through self-service, while still keeping the workflow efficient for administrators. It also connects with our company's Single Sign-On which is a big plus for security. The meeting management features are very complete, including the ability to route meeting invitations to executive administrators or executive communications teams when needed. I also appreciate that topics can be mapped to meeting hosts and the invitation body can include briefing details for internal attendees while keeping confidential information hidden from external guests. Another helpful feature is the automated meeting feedback report that can be sent to the original requestors. Also, documents can be attached to meeting invitations when necessary.

Cons

A few areas still need improvement. External guests only receive a generic invitation so the actual meeting agenda does not appear for them. There is a workaround by putting it in the subject line but that feels a bit outdated rather than properly built in. The platform could also use more informational icons or prompts to help users understand how certain features work. Another limitation is that it does not notify you when an invitation gets forwarded so there is no clear visibility into who ultimately received it. There is also no built-in option to remind guests by text or with a simple reminder email which means the only way to follow up is by resending the invitation. At times, new features or changes are rolled out without fully explaining what has been updated. Software updates can also be inconsistent and sometimes it takes a few months before everything is working as expected.

“Easy scheduling and communication”

Pros

Something that really works well with this product is the way it handles both internal and external scheduling for customer-facing events. It's also nice to have customer communications managed directly through the tool which helps keep everything organized in one place.

Cons

Rescheduling can be frustrating when the original room isn't available at the new time especially if you need to switch rooms. It also gets tricky when the new meeting time overlaps even slightly with the previous one.

“conference meetings perfectly organized”

Pros

Having this tool keeps every one of our meetings in a single place which helps us use our company's time much more efficiently at trade shows and conferences.

Cons

There really aren't any major downsides. As our company keeps evolving and our use of the tool continues to grow, it is consistently there to support us.

“Scheduling that works”

Pros

Using it for scheduling meetings at our larger conferences has been really simple. It's easy to use and does exactly what we need for organizing appointments.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is better integration with the Notes/calendar software we use especially to make syncing with executive calendars more convenient.

“Easy event setup”

Pros

Jifflenow is very simple for meeting makers to use and it also makes things simple for meeting managers when setting up and maintaining their events.

Cons

An option to mark a room as available for "double booking" would really really help

“fun way to stay engaged”

Pros

It has turned being an engaged employee into something enjoyable while helping support our company's stories and news. Without it, I probably wouldn't be nearly as active on my social media accounts. Now I can inspire and connect with others with just the click of a button.

Cons

Would help to have content categories available when choosing what to share. I usually only post about topics I can personally speak to so some of the more technical content doesn't really feel as relevant for me to share.

“Event management made simple”

Pros

From one event to the next, the platform stays simple to work with and feels very turnkey. Once your teams are trained, people pick it up quickly and become confident using the system.

Cons

Few of the reports still take a bit of manual work to run. At this point, you also can't build one custom report and use that same custom setup across every event you're running.

“Solid integrations”

Pros

Training multiple people on it was simple and the integrations with Salesforce and Outlook made scheduling meetings quick and simple.

Cons

I'd still like to see more customization available on the user side but since that's already being worked on for future updates, it's not really a concern for me.

“flexible event setup and support”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is how customizable it is for different business needs from one event to the next. Every event can be set up completely differently depending on how meeting rooms and access need to be organized. Also, the customer support has been excellent.

Cons

There are still occasional bugs that can cause loading issues or delays when refreshing pages. That said, once those problems are identified, Jifflenow does a solid job of working on a fix as quickly as possible.

“Amazing customization”

Pros

Having the same Account team with me from start to finish has made a huge difference. They design the tool to fit exactly what I need and are always willing to make adjustments along the way. The support is top notch, friendly, quick to respond and consistently helpful. The software works so well for me because this team is always there making sure it does.

Cons

A frustrating part is that the tool logs out too quickly so I end up re-entering my email and password way too many times during the day.

“Promising updates”

Pros

The platform is really flexible and most of the questions I run into already have a built-in solution or are included in the next round of planned improvements.

Cons

What would really improve our workflow is being able to export the briefing document in Word or another format besides PDF though I understand that feature is coming soon.

“user-friendly setup and customization”

Pros

Our team recently came on board with it and just wrapped up the integration so I'm still in the early stages and can't speak to everything yet. Even so, from what I've seen up to this point, the integration process has been very user-friendly and well done. It also appears to be customizable which could really help organizations that want to track very specific details.

Cons

At this stage since I haven't been using the software very long, I haven't noticed any major drawbacks that I can really comment on yet.

“Quick onboarding”

Pros

Getting up and running is very simple. Their team handles setup quickly, the platform is user-friendly and the training they provide is really helpful.

Cons

It could benefit from a bit more flexible reporting and include more ready-made reports. There are some options available now but it can still be difficult to reach the data I need quickly or sometimes at all.

“helpful ROI reporting”

Pros

The reports tab lets me pull together aggregated post-event data when I need to measure ROI and show management how effective the event was.

Cons

Reporting side still needs a better way to break down the data. Right now, I spend a lot of time sorting through it and the previous interface made that process much easier to manage.

“meeting scheduling made simple”

Pros

Having everything in one step for meeting scheduling has been a big improvement. We used to manage the process with two spreadsheets plus separate calendar invites which took a lot of manual work and left plenty of room for mistakes. It has made the whole process much easier.

Cons

Downside is that it doesn't offer a two-way integration with Google Calendar. I still need to manually enter my availability into Jifflenow instead of having it automatically pull that information from my GCal.

“RSA meeting tracking done right”

Pros

Booking sales and executive meetings during RSA which is our biggest event, is much more manageable with this tool. It's very user-friendly and the scheduling and tracking features save a lot of time. Being able to customize reports for lead capture and measure ROI is especially valuable for our team.

Cons

One thing that would help is if newly added users were automatically recognized and shown in the main user list. I've had to add the same people more than once because even though their information auto-fills after entering the email, they still don't appear in the primary user list.
