Pros
Right from the start, the governance platform has been simple to use and flexible enough to adapt to what we need. The Knowa team is always available, approachable and quick to respond with helpful guidance or alternative suggestions whenever needed.
Cons
I honestly have no complaints. It provides very strong functionality and has really helped support and organize our pension scheme governance service.

“Faster case handling and records”
Pros
Tracking down older minutes and documents is very simple and it helps a lot with day-to-day work. Handling member cases is now much quicker and more efficient than before.
Cons
One thing that gets annoying is the Knowa notifications when colleagues reply. I have to log in and open the system, only to realize it's just a response to my own latest post.

“board meetings made better”
Pros
Using it has been a real upgrade for modern board governance. It does an excellent job of simplifying the full process of running board and committee meetings which has made our work both more efficient and more effective. The platform is user friendly to use and directors can annotate documents, raise questions and share their thoughts directly inside the system. That has cut down significantly on email back-and-forth and helped improve overall engagement. Another big plus is their support team, who are consistently available, quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever something comes up. Their proactive and friendly support means issues get sorted out fast and that makes a noticeable difference in keeping everything running well.
Cons
A small drawback is that the platform doesn't currently support scheduling breaks between sub-items in a meeting agenda. It hasn't caused any serious problems but it would definitely be a helpful addition for longer meetings. On the positive side, the Knowa team has already said they're actively considering this improvement which shows they take user feedback seriously and are committed to developing the platform further.
