“Complete hub for everything”
Pros
I really appreciate how versatile this platform is. Kind of a fun example, my girlfriend's sister uses it for her nonprofit work which is totally different from what I do and it still fits her needs too. I'm only getting started with it but I already love that it can bring all of our inventory into one hub, let us create events and manage staff which is going to be a big deal for our team and give teammates access to everything through the app from anywhere in the country.
Cons
I'm still pretty early in the process so I honestly haven't used it enough yet to say what I dislike about it.

“scheduling that really helps”
Pros
What really won me over was how much it improves scheduling. With the number of events we manage, it normally takes a lot of manpower to keep everything organized and the scheduling tools here have the potential to make that process much more manageable than the methods we used before.
Cons
Something that caught me off guard was how much training was needed at the beginning. That said I don't see it as a real downside because the training also meant we were getting support and I actually appreciated that.

“responsive support and flexible tools”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how responsive the customer service team has been. They're quick to help and genuinely seem interested in hearing client feedback. The products we use right now especially scheduling and project management, work well and adjust nicely to the way we operate. We're also starting to use the time management features in the app and I'm really looking forward to the value that will add.
Cons
A small frustration is that some basic tasks, like removing project managers or deleting users, still have to be handled by IT reps instead of being managed directly by us as account administrators.
