“easy to use”
Pros
Building complex diagrams feels fast thanks to the user friendly interface and the real-time collaboration is a big advantage since multiple team members can work on the same document at the same time.
Cons
The only limitation is storage because if you need to keep a lot of documents, you have to move to a paid plan since the free version only includes 3 documents.

“Editing made simple”
Pros
Creating diagrams with polished shapes and using its fluid editing tools is what won us over. Those features made the platform an obvious fit and we moved to a paid plan pretty quickly once we saw it matched our diagramming needs better.
Cons
After nearly 3 years of using it, I honestly can't think of anything that has let me down.

“Simple and easy!”
Pros
Getting up and running didn't take long because the interface feels user friendly and there isn't much of a learning curve. It also comes with a wide selection of shapes and icons which makes putting diagrams together pretty quickly.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the speed when opening or working with larger process diagrams since it can feel a bit slow there.

“AI-powered flowcharts that click”
Pros
To create flowcharts with the AI help feels very simple and it lays things out in a way that makes complete sense to me. Exporting is just as simple whenever I need to move the diagrams over to other platforms.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is the free version could offer a few more icons and shapes.

“clear visuals”
Pros
There's a broad selection of detailed icons and the templates help us map out complex architectures in a way that's clear and easy to understand.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints since it delivers exactly what I need on my side.

“Amazing”
Pros
LVCS gives me a very user friendly way to create network diagrams and it also produces really polished-looking flowcharts so it does exactly what I need.
Cons
Offline use is somewhat limited and without an internet connection, exporting diagrams isn't supported.

“effortless exports”
Pros
Creating diagrams, flowcharts and process maps with it has been really simple and being able to export them in different formats is a big plus for me as well.
Cons
The only downside is that it's limited to the web right now and I think having a dedicated native macOS app would make it a lot more comfortable to use.

“smart diagramming in one place”
Pros
What I appreciate most about it is how it combines intelligent diagramming and virtual whiteboarding in a single cloud-based platform. It cuts out the need for outside integrations and constant app switching which makes the whole workflow much more convenient.
Cons
I work with criss-cross process maps in LVCS every day and I hardly ever run into bugs.

“Workflows made simple”
Pros
It gave us a very user friendly way to build organized workflows and swimlane diagrams and the AI-assisted design plus the large selection of shapes and icons made the whole process even better.
Cons
We haven't run into any major issues up to this point though a few of the more advanced features are only included in the paid plans.

“clean UI and quick exports”
Pros
Using it has been very simple thanks to its clean interface and solid variety of templates that make putting diagrams together quickly much easier. Another big plus is how fast it exports high-quality PDF, PNG and SVG files.
Cons
I haven't run into any major issues with it so there's really nothing specific I dislike.

“Fast and easy”
Pros
Creating diagrams feels quick and simple thanks to the drag-and-drop interface and the workspace is really useful for bringing multiple charts together in one place instead of jumping between different platforms or browser bookmarks.
Cons
A downside is that many of the most valuable features are locked behind a subscription, even though they still show up in the free version's interface.

“Excellent platform”
Pros
Using this for swim lane diagrams has been really helpful. It feels user friendly and does a good job of turning complex workflows into something clear and easy to visualize.
Cons
One thing that bothered me is not being able to find a simple Undo or Revert option which was frustrating.

“all templates are great”
Pros
Right from the start, this flowcharting tool felt very simple to use. It doesn't need any tutorial to understand and it comes with an excellent library of templates and shapes.
Cons
Up to this point, we haven't run into any problems with LVCS especially since it's so simple to use while still offering advanced diagramming tools.

“Fantastic for team diagramming”
Pros
Working in this software has been a really positive experience. The drag-and-drop tools feel fluid, the template library genuinely cuts down the time it takes to build diagrams and the collaboration features are strong enough to make team projects much easier to manage.
Cons
The free plan is fairly limited since it only lets you create up to 3 diagrams at once and it also restricts how many shapes you can use.

“Quick org chart updates”
Pros
Being able to build, edit and share organizational charts so quickly has been a huge plus for us. It really helps everyone stay aligned whenever reporting structures change.
Cons
Till now, everything has worked in our favor and we honestly don't have any cons to report.

“clear diagrams always”
Pros
Turning ideas into something visual is really quick with it. I can add shapes and other objects to a diagram without any hassle and the export options are especially useful when I need to share network diagrams with SOC analysts.
Cons
Overall, it has been really good for creating diagrams and honestly I haven't run into anything unpleasant about it.

“made our teamwork easier!”
Pros
The variety of templates and shapes is excellent and being able to combine brainstorming with diagramming in one platform has been really valuable for my team. It cuts down the friction between the creative and analytical parts of our workflow and helps everything move together more naturally.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning curve especially for new users who haven't worked much with diagramming tools before.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Getting started felt very user friendly and it honestly seemed to remove a real time barrier for me. Within just a few minutes, I was able to put together a chart that was both useful and visually appealing.
Cons
You have a lot of buttons in the toolbar and because they're all shown as icons, you have to hover over each one to figure out what it does. That can come across as a little intimidating especially for someone new or not very comfortable with technology.

“incredible cloud performance”
Pros
Creating diagrams and flowcharts with LVCS feels very simple and it also works really well for collaborating with a team. The large selection of ready-made templates gives you a strong starting point when putting together diagrams. Another big advantage is that it runs in the cloud, performs excellently and lets me embed diagrams directly into Google Docs.
Cons
Whenever I need to map out a process, it has been consistently reliable and I haven't run into any limitations or features that feel lacking so there's nothing I dislike at the moment.

“decent experience...”
Pros
Between the wide selection of shapes and icons and the real-time collaboration, Lucidchart works really well for my whole team when we need to build diagrams together. Exporting is also something we absolutely need and it delivers with plenty of options like PDF, SVG, PNG and more.
Cons
One thing that could be better is showing the names of the icons in the left-side navigation by default instead of only displaying them when you hover over them.
