Webinar Mode is designed for hosting large and interactive events with ease. It allows pre-registration, so attendees sign up with their details before joining. During the session, features like Q&A, polls, and chat keep participants engaged. Hosts can also customize their branding and live stream the event to various platforms, such as Facebook and YouTube.

Breakout Rooms in Meet Hour allow for smaller sessions within a main meeting. Participants can be split into groups for focused discussions or tasks. An all-around great tool that delivers value

Pros

The interface is very simple and userfriendly. Attendees can access it without needing to create an account. The audio and video quality during broadcasts is very stable. Not to mention, it is generally easy to configure and includes all the essential tools for various use cases such as meetings, presentations and teaching and features like screen sharing, window sharing, browser tabs, a whiteboard, and chat are all included. It is rlly well documented, with a public roadmap and offers a highly competitive price to quality ratio. The support team is attentive and quick to respond too. You can also share your screen from an iPad.

Cons

One thing I did not like is that the interface is only available in English and the mobile version could benefit from some visual improvements. Some customization options come at an additional cost and the global analytics for the entire account are not available only limited analytics. Automatic email and username capture for attendees is not available for all types of users. And while this information can be requested to join a meeting or event, it is not automatically stored as you need to manually capture it or use pre-registration.

Dependable and practical tool

Pros

I really enjoy the user interface of this platform and the plus thing is it offers stable video and audio quality throughout.

Cons

Well I wish there was a file sharing option in the chat which would make it easier for participants to share information. And I feel like adding a whiteboard feature would also be really helpful for users on this platform.
