“useful sharing and planning boards”
Pros
The document sharing is well organized and the planning boards have been really useful. Setting everything up is simple and doesn't take much time.
Cons
Don't have any major complaints. The only small downside is that it can feel a little confusing for people who haven't used Teams much before although the training guides available do help a lot.

“agenda collaboration that works!”
Pros
Working together on agendas is really convenient with this tool. Once everything is set up, the agenda shows right inside the MS Teams window and it's handy to have direct access to the related documents there as well. I also really appreciate being able to link MS Planner as the action log and have everything stay in sync so neatly.
Cons
Still getting familiar with the app but at this point I haven't come across anything I dislike.

“An all-in-one information hub”
Pros
Everything is kept together on a single platform which makes it much easier to have all the information in one place.
Cons
Using the software can be quite complicated and the interface doesn't feel very user friendly.

“access controls need work”
Pros
Once all the prep work is finished, sharing the agenda and attached reports is fairly simple.
Cons
Our meetings need different permission levels, such as private and public and managing access to the right documents is not simple. It really needs better workarounds or upgraded functionality so people can add comments online and right now agenda templates cannot be shared.

“I liked it”
Pros
Something I really appreciate about it is how well the different parts work together. Being able to quickly generate a Word document from the meeting agenda and notes is especially useful and something I really love.
Cons
Few parts of the platform are not as user-friendly as they could be. For instance, when I needed to add a vote to the agenda and then include the vote results, it took a while to dig through the system and figure out the process. It was not as user friendly or obvious as I expected.

“powerful meeting integrations”
Pros
Customizable agendas make it flexible and the learning materials are always easy to access. Customer support has also been solid whenever needed. The standout part is the integration with Teams and SharePoint for saving files, along with the Outlook calendar add-ins for managing meetings. The Word minutes feature works really well and the task function helps make it a very efficient software solution overall.
Cons
At first glance, the system can seem more complicated than it actually is which may feel intimidating for users who are not very tech-savvy. The biggest downside is that tasks do not automatically show up in the assigned person's calendar and can only be found under tasks which does not match the usual way our organization handles time management and planning.

“Simple setup and delegation”
Pros
Getting started with it was very simple and inviting people to meetings is just as hassle-free. Managing things on the admin side and assigning tasks to others also works really well.
Cons
Figuring out exactly where the meeting notes are stored is a bit hard to figure out!!

Putting together agendas, sharing them with others and connecting the platform with MS Office all work really well.

“A complete meeting toolkit”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the ability to customize the agenda template. The access permissions tool is also very helpful and the timer is a nice addition during meetings. I also appreciate the integration with Teams and OneNote, along with the file-sharing feature. Overall, the concept and structure feel well thought out and it was the first app of this kind I had personally used.
Cons
The Teams integration is useful but it still has room for improvement.

“clean UI”
Pros
Using it feels very user friendly, the interface is well designed and it gives a really helpful overview of all upcoming meetings.
Cons
In my opinion, it should have automatic saving and I'd also really appreciate deeper Outlook integration... something like AI that could attach every relevant email to a specific agenda item would be very useful.

Keeping meeting agendas organized, sharing meeting updates and staying on top of communication all work really well.

Pros
Putting together meeting agendas and notes is simple and it also makes it simple for participants to suggest agenda items.
Cons
There's still room for a few more features especially ones that would make the overall experience even more user-friendly.

“I'm satisfied”
Pros
Getting to the Agenda is very simple. There are a few different ways to open it and it's conveniently copied right into the calendar invite. Overall, it feels very user friendly.
Cons
Setting up a template can feel a little overwhelming at first although it's still manageable. There's also a bit of a learning curve when it comes to understanding how "Decision" and "Task" are supposed to work.

“better agenda flexibility needed”
Pros
Most of my use of this tool is centered around meeting agendas and minutes and the OneNote integration feels absolutely essential for that workflow.
Cons
Still, the agenda side could use more work. I'd really like the option to import custom agendas for recurring meetings in different formats. For instance, being able to take a Word document and use it as the agenda template that automatically duplicates each week would be extremely useful. It would also help a lot if this connected with OneDrive so files could be saved automatically into a shared folder. Along those same lines, the meeting minutes section would benefit from more formatting customization as well.

“didn't work as needed”
Pros
There really wasn't anything positive about this product from our side.
Cons
Once we paid for it and started using it, it didn't perform the way we needed so we ended up moving over to Strety instead.

“Teams integration works brilliantly”
Pros
It fits in really well with Microsoft Teams which makes it very convenient to use during our online meetings.
Cons
A limitation is that meeting minutes still have to be recorded in Microsoft Word or OneNote and that doesn't really match the way our team prefers to work. It would be much better to have the option to take minutes directly within the MS Teams environment.

“well integrated with o365”
Pros
Really, it fits so nicely into Office 365 and works with familiar apps like Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Word and Planner.
Cons
I haven't run into any major issues. The only thing is that users need to understand how Office 365 groups work.
