Having a secure place to manage sensitive board information and documents is a big advantage. The file-sharing tools are also very convenient since meeting materials and other important documents can be distributed to board members all in one place.

It does take a bit of time for new users to get comfortable with all the features which can create some minor inconvenience at first.

I was honestly surprised by how well the minute maker performed and it didn't mess up any of my other tools. My desk is usually covered with food crumbs and random debris but even then the agenda builder let me drag files into the app instantly without any delay today.

Getting everything set up took forever... I seriously felt like throwing my laptop at the wall lol. The automatic numbering for agenda items is a mess and looks awful every single time I add a new section. Also, the older board members struggle with the two-factor authentication every time they log in which ends up being a constant hassle for me.

Between the strong functionality and the user-friendly design, this platform works really well. Even with all the extra features it offers, it still feels simple to navigate. Our company even uses it for meetings at times and setting up or joining a meeting is very simple.

One frustrating part is that the meeting feature does not sync with Outlook's calendar. That makes RSVP coordination between users much less efficient and ends up creating extra work for everyone involved.

Its wide range of features makes it very practical, whether you're organizing folders or managing emails. I'd say it's an essential tool.

Switching over from our old platform to this one went very well and the system has been simple for our end users to navigate. Being able to upload multiple items at once and build board packets directly inside the platform has been a huge plus. We also use the surveys and approval tools regularly and those features have been especially valuable. It's been an excellent way to keep the board involved and it's simple for them to participate.

Nothing specific comes to mind right now. I'm sure there may be something minor but at the moment I can't think of any real drawbacks.
