streamlines it tickets, tracks progress

Pros

One of the things I like most about Backlog is how it streamlines submitting IT tickets. Reporting problems becomes easy and fast so every request gets logged and handled in a great way. I can also track the progress of my submissions which really boosts clarity and keeps communication open among our teammates making the whole process more transparent.

Cons

Right now I do not have any complaints to report. As it has been meeting my needs reliably, particularly when it comes to organizing and resolving IT-related tickets and problems quickly and effectively.

Pros

I really like how simple it is to use and oversee my project with the team. and being able to leave feedback for it is another plus.

Cons

When I'm using it it sometimes lags even though my Internet is working fine especially during peak hours.

Pros

I've discovered a huge number of features across this app, honestly so many that I still have not gotten around to trying every single one yet!

Cons

Well I wish the software had better translation support and a more customizable dashboard when you first open it. As this would help people like me and others at large companies who aren't fluent in English and prefer typing in their native languages.

Pros

The status change emails and filtering options were easy to use and made managing tasks much simpler.

Cons

i like save as filter option

Pros

I like the Save as filter option because it makes pulling up details really quick and easy.

Cons

One thing I dislike is that the dashboard interface feels complex and the Recent Updates section lacks a date filter so I end up having to scroll far more than I should to find what I'm looking for.

Pros

What I like most about Backlog is that I can view each issue's status, the assigned person, planned time and actual time live. Because of this I don't have to message the assignee over DMs to ask. Overall it is really helpful and saves me time.

Cons

Honestly I can't point out any flaws right now. I've been using it for over three months and still don't notice any real weaknesses or downsides. I plan to keep using it long-term and if I uncover any issues I'll be sure to inform the team.

Reminds of supportive online forums

Pros

The user feels that sharing details on the platform is very helpful. It reminds them of the supportive and collaborative atmosphere of old online forums where people helped and encouraged each other.

Cons

One of the standout quality of Backlog is its simplicity and how effectively it keeps our team organized across tasks and deadlines. Plus its timelines and progress reports make managing work, tracking projects and collaborating much easier on a daily basis.

Cons

What I dislike most about this tool is that it can run a bit slow on larger projects and occasionally causes minor delays in my workflow. Plus I wish some elements especially customization options were more flexible and adaptable overall.

When I first tried it, I was impressed by the clean UI and smooth UX as the whole site is easy to use and user friendly. Overall it took me less than two minutes to get how everything works. I now rely on it whenever I'm running a project and honestly it's become my go-to. So yes I genuinely think it's the best website for what I need.

Cons

Well I have been using this site for about a year and can't find anything I dislike. It has not given me any reason to get angry or frustrated as it just works reliably. All in all, I am genuinely pleased and would call it the best website I've used for managing my projects.

Pros

Backlog consistently helps me stay organized with my tasks. I am able to add, modify and distribute my to-do items without hassle so the entire team can stay aligned and collaborate smoothly.

Cons

Although I like the app itself, we ran into a few issues when trying to get people to adopt it. From where I'm standing, the challenges were mostly specific to our company and individual user habits rather than the product itself.

Managing projects is way too easy

Managing projects and tasks is way too easy , thanks to this tool.

Cons

When tasks are assigned to me but need to be passed to someone else, I have to edit the task every single time which is a time taking process.

easy, flexible, no restrictions

Pros

It is an easy to use, flexible project/task/issue management tool. I use it for a wide range of purposes and it doesn't impose any restrictions on how I apply it.

Cons

I wish there were a faster way to update the status of a task or issue without having to open it in edit mode. For example to mark an issue as resolved, I currently have to open the issue, change its status, save and close the editor. I'd prefer the option to do this with a single click or a dropdown selection directly from the issue list making it quicker and avoiding the extra steps.

Pros

I honestly think it's like the ultimate to-do list on steroids. As it collects every task in one place making it very easy for me to see what needs to be done. I consider it essential for managing projects properly.

Cons

The way it limits storage for bigger files is a real drawback especially when my projects involve lots of data. Also when task lists get very long, I sometimes worry that items can get misplaced or simply missed.
