Pros

Works well for me because it feels clear, secure and includes the extra features I want in an email client. It seems safer than less secure mail options and I appreciate being able to keep separate profiles for work and personal use, even if they can't be open at the same time. It gives me solid control over my email and handles things in a satisfying way. I also appreciate that it has not moved to a subscription model which is exactly why I removed one of its competitors. Overall, it feels like a complete and capable alternative to Mail on Mac and on Windows it doesn't feel as bulky or heavy as Outlook.

Cons

Downside for me is the limitation when it comes to integrating with other apps. That may be because of security although it can also feel a bit disorganized which I have noticed with a competitor as well. Still, having sync options or a built-in calendar would be a big improvement. Not everyone uses OmniFocus and there are plenty of other apps people may want to connect. I also haven't been able to integrate Devonthink or SpamSieve. Tags are somewhat difficult to manage, even though at least the feature is there. The price can feel a little high but without a subscription, I understand that you have to pay for the software somehow.

Managing attachments is easy and the "view" functionality is really the part that sets this program apart from others.

Doesn't always detect the right configuration when adding email addresses and there still isn't a mobile version.

On Windows, one thing missing is the ability to minimize it to the system tray beside the clock, like antivirus apps or Spotify can. I also run into occasional issues with signature margins, if I edit the signature within the same email, the formatting gets messed up. Another improvement I'd really like is better email organization something similar to Spark Mail on mobile which sorts messages by relevance in a really helpful way.

At last, my email feels properly organized. I've tried quite a few email clients over the years and it turned out to be a lucky discovery when it came bundled with some software I bought a long time ago. I liked it so much that when version 4 was released, I went ahead and bought a lifetime license and I'm absolutely thrilled that I did. The app just keeps improving and it really feels like it was built by people who actually rely on email every day.

It's only a tiny issue but I'd love the reminders feature to be more date-aware so it can give me a helpful nudge to remember things.

Every day, I rely on the powerful shortcuts for sorting mail. Being able to manage multiple email accounts smoothly in one unified inbox is absolutely essential for me. The fast, thorough email search regularly saves me time and the filtering options make it much easier to stay on top of all my messages.

Right from the polished interface to the way the software performs, it feels like the complete email client. It offers a huge range of features yet it still stays user friendly and simple to use. The amount of customization available lets you shape your workflow exactly how you want it without the app ever feeling overloaded. It remains sleek and well organized and it works just as well for beginners as it does for advanced users. For professionals, the option to build polished email signatures is especially useful for small businesses and that's only one small part of what it can do. It also includes plenty of tools I didn't even realize I needed and together they've made handling email much more easy and enjoyable.

Honestly I haven't come across any major problems. The software handles my workflow really well and there are still plenty of features I haven't fully explored yet. The one thing I'd still like to see is the ability to color-code different accounts, just to make it clearer which address I'm sending from. Other than that, there isn't really anything else I'd point out at the moment.

Having multiple email accounts brought together on one platform is incredibly convenient especially since I can send messages from any of them without switching around. The filtering options work really well for organizing incoming mail into the right folders and spam can be sent straight to delete when needed. I also really appreciate being able to search through the contents of all emails or just selected accounts, from one simple search.

At times, the indexing feature can take quite a while and when that happens the software tends to pause and feel temporarily unresponsive.

The interface feels clean and customizable especially with the available themes. Speed, performance and reliability are all top notch and the message filters make everyday use much more convenient.

Now that themes have been added, it would be even better to have the option to build your own themes and import or export them. Also, undoing deleted messages through Undo can be a bit slow although the rest of the software runs very quickly.

Getting started with it was quick and the whole interface feels clean instead of cluttered like a lot of other third-party email tools. Everything looks nicely spaced out, the themes are really good and being able to color-code certain emails makes it much easier to tell at a glance what they relate to.

Only issue for me is that I still can't seem to figure out the folders although that may just be me.

It handles Gmail labels really well and lets me organize my email with a traditional nested folder setup which is exactly what I wanted. I haven't seen any other email client manage Gmail this well. They also keep improving the app with genuinely useful features and that's a big plus.

None, really. Any bugs that come up seem to get fixed and updates are released on a regular basis.

Right away, the clean design and easy usability made this software enjoyable to use. It sticks to one core purpose and handles it really well. There are enough customization options to make the client feel a bit more personal which I appreciate. Another big plus is that I can use it on both my Mac and PC so I'm not stuck buying separate clients for different operating systems. The frequent updates also give me confidence that the company genuinely cares about both the product and its users.
