“Amazing features”
Pros
It has a modern feel, the functionality is solid and they keep rolling out new features on a regular basis. Customer service has also been very helpful whenever needed.
Cons
Since the product is still fairly new and actively being developed, there are times when certain features are still in the queue and haven't been built yet.

“pure OKR experience”
Pros
UX delivers what feels like the purest OKR experience to me. The layout and overall way everything is organized really lines up with the true spirit of how OKRs are supposed to work in practice.
Cons
Idea behind the insights boards is excellent since they pull in data from related sources but getting them set up can be a little complicated if you do not have a technical background.

“fantastic features”
Pros
From the visualization to the layout, the platform feels well thought out and packed with useful options and features. It's been excellent overall and I also appreciate that new features keep getting released on a regular basis.
Cons
Biggest concern for us is probably the pricing. It makes a lot of sense for small to mid-sized businesses but at our scale we have to pay close attention to the cost per employee and with so many tools moving to SaaS, those expenses add up quickly. That said, I wouldn't really suggest changing it because the value is definitely there, it's just a specific challenge when using it at the enterprise level.

“User friendly tool!”
Pros
Found it really user friendly and easy to work with. In a fairly large organization like ours, it makes it simple to understand how company-wide goals connect down to department and team-level objectives. The weekly reflections are also a really helpful way to monitor your own progress while staying updated on what the rest of the team is doing.
Cons
Every now and then, certain very specific features can be a little hard to locate but when I've shared feedback, the response has been immediate. It's clear the tool is always being improved in a positive direction.

“clear OKR visibility and reporting”
Pros
Across our team, it has been well received for how simple it is to use, how quickly you can get a clear snapshot of where things stand with OKRs and how much emphasis it puts on reporting.
Cons
A few features we need for our workflow are still missing especially around feedback and one-on-one check-ins. That said, the team has been very responsive and it feels likely those capabilities will be added soon.

“So easy to track key results”
Pros
Right away, it feels simple to use and very clear about the problem it's meant to solve. The friendly reminders help a lot with staying on top of the actions that need attention. I also appreciate how clearly actions can be linked to key results, plus the ability to give feedback on other people's reviews is really useful. It makes weekly meetings much more easy because it's trivial to point out which key results need extra focus. Also, the value for money feels spot on.
Cons
I'm not even sure this counts as a real downside since it's more of a nice-to-have but i18n localization would be helpful for teams that work in other languages.

“helpful reminders”
Pros
One thing that really keeps me engaged is the use of external triggers that pull me back into the app. The reminders to submit weekly reflections, along with prompts to read what other teammates have shared, are especially useful. That matters a lot because many of us tend to forget to turn in our weekly reflections on time and without those reminders, it would be pretty easy for the team to lose momentum over time. I genuinely appreciate that feature. The interface is also something I really enjoy.
Cons
Haven't come across any downsides. If I do notice any later on, I'll be sure to share them just as openly.

There isn't much to complain about, aside from a couple of features I'd still like to see added.

“custom branding is nice”
Pros
Using it has been very easy. I can tailor the content for my clients, brand the account to match my business and include useful links for quick reference. The overall user experience feels smooth.
Cons
On Android phones it can feel a little outdated at times although that's currently being addressed.

“Recommended by me”
Pros
It was easy enough that we never needed a formal rollout. The team quickly picked up on the goals around transparency and sharing information and the product fit naturally around both of those needs.
Cons
A limitation we ran into was pasting images into it which didn't work the last time we tried. It's not a major issue but it would be really useful to paste Gantt charts and screenshots from other sources.

“powerful OKR alignment tools”
Pros
After testing a number of different options, we ended up choosing this software. It feels like the most complete platform for managing Objectives and Key Results. The support for teams is excellent and being able to set company-wide goals and connect them down to individual team goals works really well. Linking everything together is especially simple which makes it a strong tool for keeping multiple teams aligned across the organization. The weekly reflection feature has also been really valuable, along with the option to keep scoring progress on an ongoing basis.
Cons
Not much to complain about. That said, I do miss having a native mobile app although that may be more of a personal preference. Since we're a software development company, we'd also really like to see a way to connect our OKRs to our roadmap or maybe even have a full integration.

“convenient to use”
Pros
Each week, it's simple to see what the team finished last week, what they're planning for the next week and anything that's getting in the way. It gives a much fuller picture than a typical standup and it also lets other team members view the updates and engage with them.
Cons
One thing I'd love to see improved is the ability to roll my direct reports' updates into something I can quickly share upward. Right now, it seems like I can only roll my overall team update up that chain without much effort.

“positive vibe for global teams”
Pros
Right from the start, it's very simple to use. It has an upbeat feel and gives us a good way to share wins across our global team.
Cons
Since it's still a newer product, the feature set is a bit limited right now but I'd expect that to improve as the platform continues to develop.
