“The perfect team collaboration app!!”
Pros
Working with this tool has been useful for collaboration. There's an app you can install across all team members' systems which makes it convenient for everyone to stay connected. Like similar platforms, it lets you chat directly with your team and lets them communicate with each other as well. It also allows you to set restrictions and boundaries within the tool itself.
Cons
From the perspective of a regular collaborator rather than an admin, I'm not really sure how the privacy side of it works. At times, I do wonder whether admins are able to see everything we discuss at work.

“keeps us connected”
Pros
As an instant messaging tool, it works for daily communication in the workplace and helps coworkers stay in touch throughout the day.
Cons
UX/UI feels pretty poor and the level of control given to managers is a big downside. They can read conversations, track how much time you spend on it and a lot of features are restricted. Maybe that is not exactly how the software is meant to be used but I really do not enjoy using it. I work at two different places and Slack is much, much better.

“reliable remote team communication”
Pros
When remote work started during the early COVID-19 period, we adopted it to keep our department connected, engaged and collaborating. We were able to customize the interface and set up workgroups to bring the team together and the result was very positive. Communication stayed consistent, with no delays or breakdowns.
Cons
Customer support is probably the weaker point although we hardly ever need to use it. The platform runs well overall and we haven't experienced or received any reports of major issues.

“open API flexibility”
Pros
The open APIs have been a big plus for us and we rely on them a lot when working with teammates and connecting across tools.
Cons
Implementation isn't all that easy and the overall setup could definitely feel more user friendly.

“familiar chat setup”
Pros
Interface feels very familiar since it's a lot like Slack. Setting up channels and chatting with teammates is easy and being able to upload custom emojis adds a fun touch. That part works really well in this tool.
Cons
It doesn't feel quite as polished or as fast as Slack and I'm not really a fan of the notification sounds that come with it.

“I liked using it”
Pros
Being able to tag specific teammates within a chat and receive notifications only for direct mentions is really helpful. Thread-style replies and emoji reactions also keep conversations organized so the interface feels much less cluttered.
Cons
There are noticeable delays when messages update which can cause communication issues during important project moments. It often takes multiple refresh attempts before the latest messages and mentions actually appear.

“easy to use”
Pros
Running it on our own internal server is a big advantage. We can manage everything ourselves and with the right setup it helps make communication more secure.
Cons
At times, new message pop-up notifications disappear and the software can occasionally act a bit strangely.

“It's actually great”
Pros
Great tool! It lets our team set up private channels for specific conversations and it also gives us the option to create general channels for each department. We can reach any team member one-on-one through text, voice or video which makes communication really flexible. It's also handy for notifying everyone in a group or channel at once. Another big plus is that it works across all devices and the web version means there's no need to install anything on a PC.
Cons
Honestly there's nothing about it that I dislike. It's an awesome application.

“handy chat search and messaging”
Pros
This has been a really convenient communication tool to use. Typing messages feels simple and the rooms I set up are always easy to locate. One feature I especially appreciate is being able to search through chats from previous days with the search and filter option. It's also useful that I can send private messages directly through the chat without having to stay inside the rooms. Another thing I value is being able to edit a message after posting it if I need to update something or delete it completely.
Cons
One thing I don't care for is that when someone sends a private message, there's no actual way to delete it. You can hide it but I really think there should be a delete option too. I'm also not a fan of the reply thread feature because the text is so tiny and everyone in the room can still see what you're replying to. That's one feature I honestly think should be removed.

“A powerful team collaboration hub”
Pros
Working in office and workspace settings, this feels like a very professional tool and it's clearly built for serious team use. It lets you share files, create channels for activities, projects and other kinds of work which keeps conversations organized. I also appreciate features like deleting messages along with their thread replies, replying directly in threads and the follow/unfollow option to stop unnecessary notifications when needed.
Cons
Mobile app still has some trouble with push notifications, even though the web version works perfectly fine. A bit more customization could probably improve that part. Also, for people who rely on the keyboard, it would be better to have more shortcut support for editing or deleting messages instead of depending so much on mouse actions.

“clean interface”
Pros
The interface feels clean and modern... and it comes with more advanced features than I expected. It's also simple to use once you get going.
Cons
Setting up and hosting it on-premises isn't very easy and can be difficult to configure.

“Advanced tools!”
Pros
Very simple to use, with solid quality overall and it feels user friendly even for people who don't have much technical experience.
Cons
There's room to broaden it for more use cases by making better use of additional features. The downside is that this could make it more difficult for less computer-savvy users to keep up with more advanced users.

“Smooth setup for virtual events”
Pros
We first came across this software when we needed to run a large virtual conference and connect people from different parts of the world. Getting everything set up was simple and the integrations worked without any trouble. It's also easy to manage, with no annoying ads popping up in between. Another useful part is being able to create separate channels and groups for specific workplace needs.
Cons
For me, the theme was too basic. It's very simple and for someone new, it may not look as appealing or attractive compared with other competing apps on the market.

“Amazing for customer troubleshooting”
Pros
Handling customer and client conversations has become much more manageable with this software. I use it regularly for troubleshooting with customers and it has been working really well. The built-in automation is a big help and it lets me provide fast responses to customers and clients without much hassle.
Cons
If I had to point out one downside, it would be the overall look. It feels a little too plain and could be more vibrant but that's just my personal preference since I really appreciate good visuals.

“not so good for messaging”
Pros
It gave us one organized place to keep a full thread of our work-related conversations that everyone on the team could view.
Cons
The way it handles conversations doesn't feel user friendly at all compared with how people usually keep track of messages on their phones.

“All-in-one communication boost”
Pros
Having all communication channels brought together in one platform makes managing conversations far more efficient and organized.
Cons
Does take a little time to get used to handling so many communication channels in one place and remembering to adapt your tone for each format but after a while it starts to feel completely natural.

Best part of the app is the voice note feature. It makes communication quicker and a lot more effective.

“nice chat access but weak alerts”
Pros
Being able to connect it with my organization's chat platform is really useful since I can still keep up with messages from my project lead and teammates even when I'm away from my PC.
Cons
Biggest problem is that notifications never come through so I end up replying late to a lot of messages because I do not see them in time. I also have to manually refresh it every single time just to find out whether any new messages have arrived.
