Pros
Even as a new user I'm finding it packed with features that will help me scale as my needs change. I also notice it covers everything I require as a solo provider offering one-on-one sessions and classes and I've found support to be very helpful so far. It brings together many functions in one place that a basic booking app simply doesn't offer.
Cons
Although I see many strengths I still feel limited because it's not fully white-label, I have to display their favicon and I notice a learning curve when trying to get comfortable with all its capabilities.

Pros
I'm impressed by the live customer support chat. The agents I've reached are excellent and I rely on the service 24 hours a day. Even when they close for part of the weekend, they still respond to emails and helped me set everything up efficiently which I truly appreciate.
Cons
So far I can't think of anything I actively dislike about this tool.

Cons

Pros
The fact that it included all the features I needed and comes at an affordable price was something I appreciated immediately.
Cons
That said I don't find the software very user-friendly and I experienced a noticeable learning curve compared with other systems on the market. The YouTube tutorial videos are too brief and lack the depth needed to be genuinely useful. Fortunately, a few people helped me with extra support to build the system out so I could actually use it.

Pros
I have to give special credit to the customer service team, they've been incredibly dedicated and responsive. I've noticed how consistently they answer questions and resolve issues quickly. A few team members really stand out, showing professionalism, patience and a clear understanding of my specific needs which makes every interaction effortless. I also appreciate their forward-thinking approach and attention to detail, it really sets a high standard for customer support.
Cons
My main suggestion would be to add customizable revenue-sharing features. I'd really like the ability to set up revenue splits between each service provider and my company because that flexibility would create far more opportunities for partnerships and business growth. Being able to tailor how revenue is divided would make collaborating with different providers much easier and more attractive.

Pros
One feature I really like is that it comes with its own mobile app. Many booking services only work through a website and synced calendars but I find having the app on paid plans much more convenient. I also set buffer periods between appointments which prevents back-to-back bookings and I appreciate being able to run marketing campaigns directly from the site. Plus the free plan let me try it out before committing to a paid tier.
Cons
Customization feels pretty limited to me. For example on the $9-per-month plan I'm only allowed three custom features. I'd love if they opened up more custom options across all paid plans like many other tools do because the current restriction feels unnecessarily tight.

I've found it extremely easy to use which makes it ideal for someone like me with limited experience building a scheduling website from scratch. I also get a lot of compliments on how my site looks and I honestly feel the clean setup has led to noticeably more bookings for my business.
Cons
Navigation on the mobile app can be frustrating at times, I often struggle to find what I need quickly. Also when I create a client booking via the public booking page rather than the admin dashboard, the previous client's details stay populated the next time I try to book someone else. I haven't found a way to clear that information other than completely closing the app or desktop site and restarting it which is annoying and slows down my workflow.

I've designed bespoke booking forms, set up custom notifications and integrated tools I already use, like Google Calendar, Zoom and payment processors, without any issues which keeps everything efficient and manageable.
Cons
For me the mobile app is a convenient companion when I'm away from my desk but it still falls short of the full desktop experience. It handles bookings reliably yet lacks a few features and polish that would make it equally capable. With some thoughtful additions and interface improvements, I believe the app could match the desktop version's power and give users much more flexibility on the go.

After trying countless other options some great, others disappointing, I found this tool and immediately stopped looking. I feel like I discovered the perfect solution, it covers everything I need, has excellent features and sports a beautiful, convenient interface. Honestly I couldn't be happier with it.
Cons
When VAT is included the cost pushes me from the Standard tier up to Premium which is a noticeable jump, still, considering the extra functionality I get, I think the upgrade is justified.
