Pros
Customer service has really stood out to me, they're fast and polite and I also find the app itself clear and easy to navigate. Adding their widget to my website was feasible and I can cancel, reschedule or book appointments effortlessly through the app. I also appreciate that it syncs with my calendar, is affordable and is highly customizable without being overwhelming.
Cons
Although most clients prefer the web version I find the mobile app frustrating since it logs me out far too easily.
