simple interface with tutorials

Pros

Using this tool for a year now I'm still genuinely thrilled with it and I feel the interface is almost instinctive. I also rely on the clear video tutorials whenever something confuses me and I appreciate that the modular add-on system lets me subscribe only to the features I need.

Cons

The only downside I've noticed is that support is only offered in English but between translation tools and other resources available today I can usually get the assistance I need without much trouble.

Live chat is reliable for updates and pricing

Pros

After reviewing other booking platforms I've decided to stick with this one and I find the live chat invaluable when I run into snags updating services or pricing. I also feel the agents are always patient and guide me to the fixes I need without delays.

Cons

client and account management is simplified!!

Pros

The professional set of tools for managing clients and accounts makes life much simpler for me and I really like that automated email and SMS reminders help reduce no-shows.

Cons

I found design customization a bit restricted unless I use workarounds. Also several of the more advanced capabilities have a noticeable learning curve so I needed to invest time to configure them properly and get everything running the way I wanted.

clean interface with AI search

Pros

I appreciate the clean, convenient interface and the fact that I can set it up without outside help. I also find the AI search useful and I rely on the live support to respond quickly when necessary.

Cons

My main frustration is that there's no Czech language support or interface and because settings are spread across multiple interlinked tabs I often have to go back and verify that altering one option didn't unintentionally change something somewhere else.

For the price I think it's an excellent calendar-scheduling tool and I really like that it syncs easily with Google, Microsoft and Apple calendars. I also notice the customer support has been consistently top-notch.

Cons

The initial setup demanded a fair bit of time to get used to and I noticed a noticeable learning curve though it wasn't a deal-breaker for me.

Keeping bookings organized is simple for me and I really like that clients can schedule themselves. I also find the dashboard and calendar views very practical and I feel the pricing is fair.

Provider app feels limited and integration is tricky

Pros

I've seen strong functionality from the platform but I know the standard plan isn't enough for a full booking system. I still rely on the pro tier and I really appreciate that the scheduling app works well for both providers and clients.

Cons

The provider app feels too limited to be genuinely useful and I find that the features don't integrate properly even when I follow customer service instructions, the calendar sync especially causes problems for me.

Free plan is simple and customizable

Pros

One of the things I really value about this tool is how simple it is to use, for someone running a small business or just starting to take bookings, it gives me everything I need to get going. I also love that it's free and I find integration easy, a simple link gets me set up quickly. There are plenty of customization options which I find very useful as a designer though I can see how someone without knowledge of image dimensions and colors might feel a bit overwhelmed.

Cons

Automated reminders and calendar integration

Pros

I've noticed that the tool automatically sends WhatsApp, SMS and email reminders which has nearly eliminated no-shows for me. I also rely on the Google Calendar integration to manage all scheduling and I can accept payments online or in person with a POS.

Cons

Intake forms don't always appear in notification emails and I had to set up the SMS gateway integration manually which made the process more tough for me.

shared documentation and record linking

Pros

What I appreciate most is the documentation function. I can save emails, photos and documents linked to specific people and organizations in a shared history and I also connect those entries to other records. Because of this, my colleagues and I can all see what's already been done and what still needs attention.

Cons

Connections like Office 365 aren't available and I feel this limits broader usage across my company.

Quick and modern page setup

Pros

Building and launching my page was impressively quick and uncomplicated. I really appreciated how fast the whole process felt and I also find the modern, clean design blends well with other site layouts making it flexible for almost any webpage.

Cons

Creating multiple pages or a blog isn't possible and I feel disappointed by the limited content-building options though the booking features themselves work very well.

Full-featured booking with templates

For my purposes this is a full-featured solution. I can manage bookings and provide both a website and a mobile app without needing programming skills and I really value the extensive features and wide selection of templates.

Cons

Cons

Feature-rich solo provider scheduling

Pros

Even as a new user I'm finding it packed with features that will help me scale as my needs change. I also notice it covers everything I require as a solo provider offering one-on-one sessions and classes and I've found support to be very helpful so far. It brings together many functions in one place that a basic booking app simply doesn't offer.

Cons

Although I see many strengths I still feel limited because it's not fully white-label, I have to display their favicon and I notice a learning curve when trying to get comfortable with all its capabilities.

excellent live customer support

Pros

I'm impressed by the live customer support chat. The agents I've reached are excellent and I rely on the service 24 hours a day. Even when they close for part of the weekend, they still respond to emails and helped me set everything up efficiently which I truly appreciate.

Affordable booking software with full features

The fact that it included all the features I needed and comes at an affordable price was something I appreciated immediately.

Cons

That said I don't find the software very user-friendly and I experienced a noticeable learning curve compared with other systems on the market. The YouTube tutorial videos are too brief and lack the depth needed to be genuinely useful. Fortunately, a few people helped me with extra support to build the system out so I could actually use it.

Outstanding, responsive customer service

Pros

I have to give special credit to the customer service team, they've been incredibly dedicated and responsive. I've noticed how consistently they answer questions and resolve issues quickly. A few team members really stand out, showing professionalism, patience and a clear understanding of my specific needs which makes every interaction effortless. I also appreciate their forward-thinking approach and attention to detail, it really sets a high standard for customer support.

Cons

My main suggestion would be to add customizable revenue-sharing features. I'd really like the ability to set up revenue splits between each service provider and my company because that flexibility would create far more opportunities for partnerships and business growth. Being able to tailor how revenue is divided would make collaborating with different providers much easier and more attractive.

Mobile app with buffer periods and marketing

Pros

One feature I really like is that it comes with its own mobile app. Many booking services only work through a website and synced calendars but I find having the app on paid plans much more convenient. I also set buffer periods between appointments which prevents back-to-back bookings and I appreciate being able to run marketing campaigns directly from the site. Plus the free plan let me try it out before committing to a paid tier.

Cons

Customization feels pretty limited to me. For example on the $9-per-month plan I'm only allowed three custom features. I'd love if they opened up more custom options across all paid plans like many other tools do because the current restriction feels unnecessarily tight.

easy-to-use booking platform with clean setup

Pros

I've found it extremely easy to use which makes it ideal for someone like me with limited experience building a scheduling website from scratch. I also get a lot of compliments on how my site looks and I honestly feel the clean setup has led to noticeably more bookings for my business.

Cons

Navigation on the mobile app can be frustrating at times, I often struggle to find what I need quickly. Also when I create a client booking via the public booking page rather than the admin dashboard, the previous client's details stay populated the next time I try to book someone else. I haven't found a way to clear that information other than completely closing the app or desktop site and restarting it which is annoying and slows down my workflow.

The customization options really stand out to me, I can tailor almost every part of the booking system. I've designed bespoke booking forms, set up custom notifications and integrated tools I already use, like Google Calendar, Zoom and payment processors, without any issues which keeps everything efficient and manageable.

Cons

For me the mobile app is a convenient companion when I'm away from my desk but it still falls short of the full desktop experience. It handles bookings reliably yet lacks a few features and polish that would make it equally capable. With some thoughtful additions and interface improvements, I believe the app could match the desktop version's power and give users much more flexibility on the go.

comprehensiveand simple interface

Pros

After trying countless other options some great, others disappointing, I found this tool and immediately stopped looking. I feel like I discovered the perfect solution, it covers everything I need, has excellent features and sports a beautiful, convenient interface. Honestly I couldn't be happier with it.

Cons

When VAT is included the cost pushes me from the Standard tier up to Premium which is a noticeable jump, still, considering the extra functionality I get, I think the upgrade is justified.

Customer service has really stood out to me, they're fast and polite and I also find the app itself clear and easy to navigate.
