“top quality for any meeting”
Pros
Zoom has been a great video calling platform for all kinds of meetings, with the flexibility and quality to handle everything from team catch-ups and client sessions to large webinars and even full summits. Also it is very user friendly and we've been able to run every type and size of meeting without running into technical problems or glitches.
Cons
One thing that is annoying is the bottom toolbar in the meeting window. Also it is packed with so many features and options thatitcan sometimes look cluttered and if something gets shifted around, ittakes a little extra effort to locate the exact setting I need.

“less dependable tool”
Pros
It covers the basics well for both work and personal calls. A lot of people still prefer using it when scheduling meetings so having it installed on your desktop is pretty much necessary.
Cons
I have been frustrated with it. For example how it loads and the fact that it looks like an extra, separate platform when Teams is already there and usually works better.

“my top pick!!”
Pros
Zoom is really simple to use and honestly I prefer using it over other programs.
Cons
The only downside I have had was one bad experience where I got kicked out in the middle of a meeting and couldn't get back in.

“great for home meetings”
Pros
Running professional meetings from home has been such a plus. The blur feature and studio effects filters are especially helpful because they save me time and let me look good on camera without having to fully get ready for an at-home meeting.
Cons
every now and then my audio cuts in and out which makesitdifficult for me to hear other people and for them to hear me as well. That saiditmay be more related to my own setup than to the platform itself.

“AI companion beats competitors”
Pros
Compared with Teams and Google Meet in 2026, the thing that truly puts Zoom ahead is the AI Companion. Unlike Microsoft which makes you pay separately for Copilot, this tool already includes its AI in the paid plans and it's incredibly useful. The meeting summaries are about 95% accurate and do a very good job of separating action items from all the extra conversation. Another huge advantage is how stable the video codec is. I have used it on rural connections with less than 2 Mbps and it intelligently prioritizes audio and key frames in a way Teams just cannot match. If your job involves external meetings with clients who have weak internet or older computers, I would say it is the only option that doesn't leave you embarrassed by lag or random crashes.
Cons
The interface feels like stepping back in time. While other platforms have moved toward cleaner, more modern designs, itstill packs in buttons and tabs inside menus that look like they belong to the Windows XP era. If you're not already familiar withit, setting up shared audio permissions or figuring out where a local recording was saved can be frustrating. On top of that RAM usage is a real issue. If you already have 15 Chrome tabs open, Slack running and some design software or an ERP in the background, itcan push your system into heavy swapping. And the 40-minute limit on the free version is hard to defend now. In 2026,itno longer feels like a technical restriction but more like a productivity hostage tactic to force an upgrade.

“Go to platform for me”
Pros
Zoom Meetings has become my go-to platform for virtual video and audio conferences. It also offers really good value for the price, with recording capacity, useful features and a setup that's simple to use. It works especially well for communicating with larger teams and sharing resources during meetings.
Cons
Overall I am happy withit though the chat could be a bit more flexible. I also sometimes struggle to find the emojis and stickers I want. Sinceit's mainly a professional platform, that's understandable but there is still room to improve that part.

“Clean interface”
Pros
It makes workplace collaboration and video calls an uncomplicated task. The interface is also clean, well-organized and simple to navigate. Since most people already know how Zoom works, inviting others to meetings usually requires no learning or extra effort. It has also been very reliable as I haven't faced any outages or major access problems. Another big advantage is that it works well worldwide so connecting with partners in different countries is hassle?free.
Cons
Sometimes it works slow, even with a strong, stable internet connection. At first I thought the problem was my internet provider but after checking my speeds, I realized the slowdown was coming from the platform itself especially in larger meetings. I usually don't notice this in one on one calls or small groups but in bigger meetings, the lag is much more noticeable.

“Dependable for courtroom appearances”
Pros
Zoom has been very dependable for group meetings and even courtroom appearances and the feature set covers what I need. It also works really well with my higher-end video camera which makes a noticeable difference during calls.
Cons
At times, ittakes a while to load which can be annoying. Switching between phone and PC isn't always as easy asitshould be and there are moments when I still have to figure out the room number and passcode from a meeting link.

Pros
It works really well when you cannot attend a meeting in person especially if you're out of town or need to be in another place at the same time.

“great calendar sync”
Pros
Overall it has been really simple to use. And it connects well with my Outlook Calendar, plus both the audio and video quality have been consistently very good. I also appreciate how simple it is to jump into conversations and communicate clearly with the rest of my team.
Cons
One area that could be improved is the scheduler. I have wanted to set up meetings for my co-workers and my boss so they show up on their calendars but I haven't been able to get that working. I am not sure whetherit's something I am doing wrong or a limitation in the feature butithasn't worked for me.

“comes with valuable features”
Pros
Setting it up doesn't take much effort. It also comes with plenty of features that add value to the overall experience, whether you're hosting a meeting or joining as a participant.
Cons
An issue I ran into wasn't really with ititself but with a previous employer who moved us over toitand provided very little training on how to use some of the more important features.

“good for remote collaboration”
Pros
Using it has not been a problem. Also it lets me handle video calls, voice calls, screen sharing and screen recording all in one place which makes it an excellent tool for remote collaboration and meetings.
Cons
every now and then after I join a meeting, the app tries to reinstall itself or starts running an update.Ithasn't been a major issue for me anditmay just be because I haven't keptitupdated regularly.

“Stable connection even low bandwidth”
Pros
Connections stay consistently stable, even when the internet bandwidth is low. Also it is very user friendly since joining a meeting takes just one click and there is no need to create an account or install bulky software.
Cons
The note-taking feature still has room for improvement and the screen-sharing function can be pretty confusing when you're the one presenting your screen.

“All tools in one place”
Pros
Having meetings, chats, emails, calendars and whiteboards all in one place with Zoom makes day to day work much easier to keep on top of. The video call quality is also better than a lot of competing platforms and it offers more useful options during calls.
Cons
One downside is thatitstill feels very focused on meetings. On top of that adding things like phone service, webinars or newer advanced tools such as AI can make the overall cost climb pretty quickly.

“allow join calls without account”
Pros
One thing that really works well with it is how people can join a call without needing a Zoom account or even installing the app on their device. Screen sharing, including sharing audio, is very easy too and on the Mac app I can move the call window over whatever I am presenting which helps me arrange my screen in a way that suits how I work. The whiteboard feature is also very useful. I also like that when I record meetings, I can just send a link to the replay page instead of having to upload the video to YouTube or somewhere else first.
Cons
Storage for recorded calls fills up very quickly at the start. And since the cheapest annual business plan is already quite expensive, I usually have to download the recordings I want to keep and free up space for only the meetings I want to leave available through a replay link. On top of that the settings pages feel too complicated and seem to get rearranged often. That makes it frustrating to find what you need especially when setting up workshop sessions ahead of time.

“like the Built in screen recording”
Pros
The thing I like most about this tool is the built-in screen sharing and recording which I can use right away whenever I am giving a presentation.
Cons
only thing to keep in mind is that calls on the free version are capped at 40 minutes. Aside from that, I haven't really run into any issues.

“Reliable for webinars”
Pros
Hosting webinars and larger sessions on Zoom has been reliable. The audio and video quality stays strong even with a lot of participants and joining from any device is not a issue anymore. Plus it takes very little setup to get things running which really helps when you're coordinating a big group.
Cons
The time limit on the free plan can get in the way when sessions or trainings need to run longer. also some of the more advanced settings are tucked away and aren't very easy to find.

Pros
It's gone well beyond just meetings now as chat, phone, whiteboard, scheduling and docs are all tied together in one place. Having everything connected like that really cuts down on wasted time.
Cons
