“Go to tool for meetings”
Pros
Zoom Workplace has become our organization's go-to tool for meetings. Plus it handles everything well, from scheduling with convenient built-in links to video calls and recorded sessions afterward that we can revisit for coaching and follow-up.
Cons
One issue comes up when other organizations use different meeting platforms. As time to time, they run into trouble joining our calls so the experience for people who don't regularly use itcould be better and less of a hassle.

“dependable and strong quality”
Pros
Using is has been really easy and it's been dependable whenever I need it. The video and audio quality stay consistently strong and it fits nicely with calendars and existing team workflows. Scheduling meetings and working with clients or staff feels simple, even for people who aren't especially technical.
Cons
A downside is that some of the more advanced features are only available on the higher-tier plans and now and then an update changes settings without much warning. So I feel like more customization options included without needing to upgrade would makeitbetter.

“Reliable for team collaboration”
Pros
It is a reliable tool. As it makes video calls and meetings simple to manage and really helps teams collaborate better at work.
Cons
I honestly don't have any major complaints aboutit. But if I had to mention one thing, itworks much better on a laptop or desktop than on a phone since usingiton mobile can drain the battery pretty quickly.

“game changer in pandemic”
Pros
During the pandemic this product was a real game changer for students, employees and anyone else who needed to collaborate, attend classes or simply stay connected. Overall it works really well for calls, meetings, learning sessions and similar activities and it's very simple to use.
Cons
It's mostly recognized as a tool for video calls and meetings. Even ifitmay be one of the best options in that area, choosing to switch over to this single product from other competing alternatives may not feel like the most obvious decision.

“Auto save whiteboards documents”
Pros
It is very helpful because whiteboards and shared documents save automatically making it easy to pick things up again in the next session. The free version also offers great value and the meeting time limit is usually just right for staying focused and keeping sessions productive.
Cons
I mainly useitfor teaching soitworks best when participants join from a desktop or laptop. When someone connects through the mobile app, itbecomes harder for them to follow along properly and they miss out on several of the most useful features. At times, itfeels like the mobile version creates more limitations than benefits.

“User friendly for class meetings”
Pros
Zoom works really well for all kinds of meetings and classes and it's a very user friendly app for team collaboration and managing files.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is not being able to find the right backgrounds for my calls since I prefer using a background during meetings.

“everything is in one place :)”
Pros
Overall it has been a really great collaboration platform for bringing meetings, documents and chat together in one place and the AI features fit in naturally without much effort.
Cons
The part I liked least was the time limit on meetings since calls can only run for 40 minutes on the free version, while longer sessions require a paid plan.

“has great video quality!!”
Pros
Scheduling calls is one of the things I really enjoy here and the group meeting features are very useful especially breakout rooms. The video quality is also consistently good which makes meetings feel much better overall.
Cons
Free plan only allows 40 minute meetings anditalso doesn't include the AI companion during that time. So if meetings are already capped at 40 minutes, I feel like having the AI companion available for those 40 minutes would make a lot of sense.

“Faster collaboration than email”
Pros
Sharing files and updates during meetings works really well and it often makes collaborating faster and more efficient than relying on email or phone calls.
Cons
Once conversations go on for a while, it gets harder to find specific information. Like important details can get buried in the chat history so I usually have to write them down or move them into other tools.

“Clear and reliable software”
Pros
It has great file management and the support team is helpful when needed. Plus it is very easy to use, offers good value for the price and video call quality is clear and reliable. I also really like how well it supports team collaboration.
Cons
At times there are just too many ads which can be annoying. I also don't like thatitdepends entirely on having an internet connection and there have been moments when bugs caused issues.

“helps stay connected with everyone”
Pros
Zoom helps us stay connected with vendors and employees who aren't in the office. It makes both quick, unplanned conversations and scheduled meetings much easier to handle.
Cons
Since we mostly work on desktops, the challenge is that many of them don't have built-in microphones so we often have to switch over to dedicated laptops or our phones.

“support is bad..”
Pros
The mobile app worked well on both my iPhone and desktop and switching between devices during calls was pretty easy too.
Cons
Calls kept dropping repeatedly and instead of getting help directly from support, I had to go through Ergos tech support.

“video and audio, good for both”
Pros
Zoom makes team collaboration quick and simple. The video is generally clear, the audio quality is great too and setting up meetings or joining them through Outlook is pretty easy.
Cons
Every now and then calls drop without warning or the sound cuts out. Also strong internet connection is really important for calls to go well.

Pros
Whether it's for business calls or personal chats, this product is very simple to use. Setting up a meeting takes less than a minute which makes it really convenient when you need to get something started quickly.
Cons
One downside is thatitdoes not work with Microsoft Teams as well as I'd expect especially when I am trying to add scheduled meetings to the calendar.

“pretty perfect for work”
Pros
Using Zoom is not a problem and the interface has a polished, visually appealing look. Also it is an excellent platform for video conferencing and webinars especially for my work meetings.
Cons
Ithas trouble transmitting video or audio correctly althoughitdoesn't happen often. Also I think meetings on the free plan should last at least 60 minutes rather than being limited to 40 minutes.

“Reliable audio and video”
Pros
Connecting with vendors and coworkers across the company through audio and video has been very reliable, with only minor issues during meetings.
Cons
One limitation is that many of our desktop computers don't have microphones so participating isn't possible unless we bring a laptop or join from a cellphone in those situations.

“Consistently works great”
Pros
After using Zoom Workplace for nearly 2 to 3 years, it has consistently worked without bugs or issues for me. Overall it is a really great app for meeting people anytime and from anywhere and it makes remote work very practical. The audio quality, video conferencing and video calls are all fantastic. It also feels like good value for money which is a big plus. One thing that matters a lot to me is customer support and it has been very active and responsive whenever needed. I'd definitely recommend it to others.
Cons
Honestly I am happy with everything aboutit. It's a really good app and at this point I cannot think of anything I dislike aboutit.

“makes it easy to join link”
Pros
Zoom has been one of the most reliable meeting tools I have used especially because joining a call is so easy. You can jump into a meeting from a single link or launch it directly through Outlook. That helps everything start on time and reduces hassle for coworkers and outside attendees. Since Outlook is part of our daily workflow, I really like that it connects with my calendar and adds the meeting link once I add a recipient. The audio and video quality stay consistently strong, even in larger meetings. Tools like screen sharing, breakout rooms and virtual backgrounds are simple to use without much effort. It also stays stable during long calls and handles different internet speeds well making it reliable for both team collaboration and presentations. The chat is enjoyable to use and I especially like being able to send direct messages to other people in the meeting. On top of that the recorded transcript is very helpful for keeping track of everything discussed.
Cons
I would really like it if my meeting link were added automatically as soon as I schedule a meeting in Outlook, instead of only after I add a recipient. That interrupts my workflow more than it should. The interface can also feel a bit crowded because there are so many features and settings built in. Moving between meetings, chats and other tools does not always feel natural and some of the more advanced settings are buried deeper than necessary. from time to time there are still audio or connection glitches. And when it fills a big part of the day, long video calls can definitely lead to screen fatigue.

“Handles large conference well”
Pros
It handled the scale of my academic conference really well. We needed to run multiple video meetings at the same time, with anywhere from 10 to 300 participants and it managed that workload with very few technical problems.
Cons
The issues we did run into were mostly tied to the presentation features. Such as acreen sharing could get noticeably laggy and sharing multimedia during a call sometimes caused audio problems for some participants.

“Simple access, quick signup”
Pros
Zoom Workplace has been especially useful for staying connected from anywhere. Also it is simple to access, quick to sign up for and that makes a huge difference when working from home.
Cons
Like most digital services, itdoes have its occasional issues. There were times when the connection was not very reliable which caused interruptions or even madeitimpossible to connect for a while.
