After a failed attempt with another ERP I was looking for something easier for a small team, reasonably priced and able to grow with us. This platform checked those boxes and pushed us to rethink workflows and clean up our processes. I also like being able to see everything the team is doing, from purchase orders to payments, without chasing updates. Working with the right VAR made a huge difference for us.
Cons
Using this tool I've seen many impressive features but quite a few require add-ons or extra fees. In my experience while some integrations caused issues early on switching to this tool's payment solution saved us money even though we lost some functionality and had to upgrade sooner than planned.

Compared to what I used before this feels far ahead in terms of functionality. Having all AP and AR transactions in one place has made life easier and integrating with Acupay has helped us collect payments more efficiently.
Cons
From my perspective this tool was extremely hard to implement. I also struggled with support access as relying on expensive VAR help didn't fully resolve issues and tasks like time card imports and invoice template changes were especially frustrating.

There is a lot of potential here and I see the value in the data it aims to provide. I especially like the idea of accurate job costing in the Construction Edition even though I haven't fully benefited from it yet since job reports only show lifetime costing.
Cons
When it comes to payroll I've run into several issues. Reports are very limited, difficult to export to Excel and there's no easy inquiry functionality. Processing a final paycheck requires contacting support, error reversals are complex, AP releases feel excessive and extracting usable data overall is extremely challenging.

What I value is the overall interface and the ability to search for GL accounts by name. Features like sub-jobs, sub-accounts, cost codes, nonstock items and reporting tools make tracking much easier. I especially love the copy and template functions, it saves so much time when repeating invoices or correcting mistakes.
Cons
Not all reports are customizable which has been limiting. I wish aging reports and invoices could be tailored by customer or customer range and user roles feel overly convoluted. Tasks like granting access to add accounts or editing 1099 fields after invoice closure have been difficult.
