“Flexible Customization Access”
Pros
I really value having customized access because it allows me to set up and customize roles according to what my organization's needs. This flexibility gives me a lot of precise control and this way i can also be sure that permissions are aligned with the workflow and hierarchy I manage daily.
Cons
While having customization access is great, sometimes customizing certain features or workflows can feel limited to me, making it harder to adapt the software for highly specialized projects.
