“Easy Tasking

Pros

Using the software on my phone, tablet, or their website is EASY. It tackles all the major issues I've had with other punchlist apps by allowing trades to be assigned in order.

Cons

I often add tasks on my phone while I'm moving around, but I finalize the details when I'm back at my laptop because I can type faster there. The problem is I can't finish the process by adding people in sequence using the online version.

I adore how simple the phone app is. Most of the foremen were initially reluctant to download and use it, but after a brief five-minute walkthrough, they quickly adapted and were fully on board.

Cons

It's still under development. I've contacted customer service several times, and many of the features I've asked for are planned to be included, but the software has not reached that stage yet.

This software is user-friendly. It enables quick documentation of items needing correction with photos, markups, plans, and notes directly tied to each item. Adding a punch item takes seconds. You can assign it to the responsible party and monitor it until it's complete. Everyone stays informed.

I provided them with all the drawings and directories I needed on the software, they uploaded them right away, and I could start punchlisting items for all my trades. The software is simple, and I love being able to pin locations directly on the plans using my phone and tablet.

There were times when items would not load or people had trouble finding plans. However, the Support team was very responsive and helpful, so we managed to resolve the issues.

Creating reports is quite challenging. It's an excellent tool for handling punch items in the field, but managing the collected information in the office is tough.

I like the project tracking feature. You can see which tasks are outdated, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

I've had quite a few issues with closing tasks. Also, I've noticed that when setting up a new task, previous settings or sections like categories remain selected. I'd prefer if these were reset every time I start a new task.

The amount of time required to set up the labeling process is notably extended. It takes a considerable amount of time to complete all the necessary steps for labeling, making the setup period quite protracted.

Sometimes the interface is sluggish or the screen freezes. There are minor syncing issues between apps on a few devices, but these growing pains are being addressed quickly.

Sometimes photos or pictures wouldn't load if I was indoors. I think having an "offline" mode to download all pictures and files before going into a building would be useful.
