The features are incredibly well-thought-out and cater to different business approaches. One of the standout aspects is the ability to send quotes and proposals with a level of detail that suits our needs. Initially I was specifically looking for an estimating program but I must say that this software has far exceeded my expectations thus far.

It can occasionally be buggy and slow. Fortunately this is infrequent and live support chat and bug reporting are available.

Moreover the cost is highly competitive considering the added value received. The versatility of CF is impressive. I can use the mobile version to directly upload contacts and receive project updates and photos from contractors. Customer support is easily accessible whenever I have questions or issues.

CF offers the option to suggest system improvements which is fantastic. However it would be helpful if they followed up regarding the progress of implementing the suggestions.

When we started using it in 3019 the customer service was amazing and easy to reach.

The customer service is abysmal. I spoke with multiple representatives via chat was instructed to email someone and never received a response. It's unfortunate that customer service has been affected as the company has grown.
