The greatest advantage we find in CF is its remarkable adaptability. Each module can be seamlessly customized to align with our company's unique business practices. Initially we started using CF solely for time tracking but we were so impressed that we eventually transitioned our entire company to this platform. The transition was incredibly smooth as CF accommodates our existing processes without forcing drastic changes. Whether it's scheduling group or one-on-one training sessions CF makes it easy to learn and utilize its features. Moreover their customer service is always readily available providing quick and helpful responses.

We recently started integrating other applications and it's still a work in progress. However the speed at which they provide solutions for issues is quite fast.

The top navigation tabs and their ability to communicate with each other are great. Importing information from other tabs eliminates the need for duplicate data entry.

The program's adaptability and flexibility make it a perfect fit for most companies' needs. In our particular case CF has done an excellent job of tracking our project progress providing us with real-time data on materials and labor usage which greatly improves our ability to estimate future projects. Additionally the client portal has significantly enhanced our communication with clients. CF offers a comprehensive set of tools that effectively address our project management requirements and the value it provides is truly unparalleled.

CF is not as compatible with Safari as it is with Chrome but CF is transparent about this on their website. Additionally we've encountered minor glitches on the app but it adequately fulfills its functions while on the job.

When functioning properly it's quite good. However customer service is lacking when issues arise.

Customer Service is lacking when it comes to addressing issues promptly and effectively. I've been locked out for about three weeks due to OTP integration. After several emails to resolve the problem I expressed my frustration at the slow response time only to be threatened with subscription cancellation. I've been a customer for two years. Here's what I sent: "I still face the same problem. I don't receive a text message or email with the six-digit OTP. How can I make this any clearer? Consider this another instance of your poor performance. For heaven's sake can someone fix this ASAP?"

It seems like a significant improvement over our current system offering enhanced usability. Our previous system's limitation of one job per client was a major problem which CF addresses.

The features are incredibly well-thought-out and cater to different business approaches. Initially I was specifically looking for an estimating program but I must say that this software has far exceeded my expectations thus far.

It can occasionally be buggy and slow. Fortunately this is infrequent and live support chat and bug reporting are available.

There are a few minor areas where improvement could be made but nothing significant. We transitioned from a platform that focused on service tickets and had limited project management capabilities so we've had to adapt to using Service Tickets in CF.

Unfortunately there is a lack of comprehensive support or established best practices for integrating the modules. CF's support options are limited and often slow to respond. While they offer basic and advanced weekly training sessions a limited number of one-on-one sessions as well as chat and email support users are primarily left to their own devices when setting up the system effectively. The integration with QuickBooks Online is remarkable but the third-party setup company Smart Business Solutions could benefit from more experience in their field. Their approach relies heavily on trial and error rather than demonstrating expertise in addressing specific user challenges. Support mainly relies on email communication without screen sharing and the weekly training calls tend to cover generic topics instead of individual issues. While there are excellent instructional videos available they may not address the specific intricacies of your business practices.
