Cons
Despite live chat and training certain features appear gimmicky and pointless resulting in excessive mouse clicks and repetitive actions in certain areas.

Pros
Initially I was quite resistant to change preferring the old-fashioned way of doing things. However I soon realized that I should have listened to others' advice earlier. Embracing this software has not only given me more spare time but has also increased my workload. The ease of use surpassed my expectations as I didn't have to spend weeks studying it. I was up and running on the first day utilizing numerous features effortlessly.

We primarily use the CRM and project schedule features but we're also planning to explore the estimates and bid manager which we're already loving. The documentation and punch list features are excellent as well.
Cons
Our team faces issues when clocking in or using the app with a low internet connection. Our biggest problems seem to revolve around the app.

The greatest advantage we find in CF is its remarkable adaptability. Each module can be seamlessly customized to align with our company's unique business practices. Initially we started using CF solely for time tracking but we were so impressed that we eventually transitioned our entire company to this platform. The transition was incredibly smooth as CF accommodates our existing processes without forcing drastic changes. Whether it's scheduling group or one-on-one training sessions CF makes it easy to learn and utilize its features. Moreover their customer service is always readily available providing quick and helpful responses.
Cons
We recently started integrating other applications and it's still a work in progress. However the speed at which they provide solutions for issues is quite fast.

“Flexible Construction Management Software Program
Pros
The program's adaptability and flexibility make it a perfect fit for most companies' needs. In our particular case CF has done an excellent job of tracking our project progress providing us with real-time data on materials and labor usage which greatly improves our ability to estimate future projects. Additionally the client portal has significantly enhanced our communication with clients. CF offers a comprehensive set of tools that effectively address our project management requirements and the value it provides is truly unparalleled.
Cons
CF is not as compatible with Safari as it is with Chrome but CF is transparent about this on their website. Additionally we've encountered minor glitches on the app but it adequately fulfills its functions while on the job.

When functioning properly it's quite good. However customer service is lacking when issues arise.
Cons
Customer Service is lacking when it comes to addressing issues promptly and effectively. I've been locked out for about three weeks due to OTP integration. After several emails to resolve the problem I expressed my frustration at the slow response time only to be threatened with subscription cancellation. I've been a customer for two years. Here's what I sent: "I still face the same problem. I don't receive a text message or email with the six-digit OTP. How can I make this any clearer? Consider this another instance of your poor performance. For heaven's sake can someone fix this ASAP?"
