“Loving it so far!
Pros
We are a small geotechnical drilling company and our field is not usually targeted by other software providers, usually focusing on building houses. Contractor Foreman has solved our problem and has opened up ways for us to expand thanks to better scheduling system.
Cons
The demo I received was so bad that I almost quit trying to buy the software. I had no other option and got lucky with my decision though!

“Easy to use with excellent support response
Pros
The price is right for the value it provides. Any support ticket I create takes no longer than just a couple of hours to be resolved.
Cons
I use it on my mobile phone almost all the time. There are still some desktop features that are missing here.

Pros
We use it nearly for all aspects of our day to day activities such as billing, estimates, and project management. It has great customer training program and we love using it.
Cons
Chat support is good but not very knowledgeable and for serious problems you have to schedule a 1 on 1 training which is not very easy to approach.

Pros
Its very affordable and offer the features I was looking for. From client portal to two-way sync and project cost tracking, it handles everything perfectly.
Cons
I had some issues initially and the only complaint I have is that tech support is not easy to get a hold of. Chat support is great but they can only solve basic problems.

We have shuffled through many PM software and found Contractor to be the best cloud-based solution to work with. We have optimized our workflow such that all stakeholders can participate in the planning and monitoring phases and any issue can be highlighted before it becomes a real problem.
Cons
Their mobile application is no way as good as its desktop counterpart.

Pros
It is always improving and you have to do minimal effort in order to get it set-up. It is well worth the investment.
Cons
The software is very basic so you dont have advanced detailed reports. But you can always make custom ones.

Our investment has turned out to be very profitable for us. Customer and vendor communication have improved thanks to it and we are confident our data is accurate and safe.

Templates for estimates are present but the process to use them is cumbersome. Needs work.

Pros
It has been great experiencing the implementation phase. They have an amazing free trial which is very helpful for the budget conscious. Daily reports are neatly presented as a PDF.
Cons
Still in the early phase of using it and have no past experience to compare it with. So far so great.
