For our company, it helps us to quickly and accurately create custom proposals. From an operations perspective, it makes it easy to print multiple work orders and invoices at once, so we're not stuck waiting around. We can also keep track of all our inventory and make quick pricing adjustments.

There's no accounts payable feature yet which would be helpful.

It gives us a complete management solution, starting from the initial inquiry all the way through to receivables. Unlike many other construction software options, this software includes inventory management and true job cost tracking. The workflow is super simple and smooth and it's really easy to train new users.

Cons

If Estesys had map-based crew scheduling, it would be perfect.
