I appreciate the pricing and the range of available tools. I'm also satisfied with the quality of leads I receive.

There's nothing I'm unhappy with, except for the fact that we started receiving leads from the support team, which aren't as good as the other leads.

I couldn't be more dissatisfied with Houzz Pro. Their "Client Success Managers" are unhelpful and show no interest in my success. We were forced into a second year of subscription without receiving any meaningful leads, except for seemingly fake ones that never replied. They take your hard earned money without providing any value in return. I strongly advise all business owners to avoid using Houzz Pro under any circumstances. They only care about taking your money and couldn't care less about the value you receive, or more accurately, don't receive. Please don't make the same mistake we did.

Setting up Houzz Pro was super easy peasyyy! It didn't take much time at all, and everything was pretty clear, making the whole process smooth.

So far, nothing has come up. However, I feel that there should be a security check for pros.

Canceling is nearly impossible. Their customer service will either give you the runaround or, worse, not respond at all.

The takeoff feature is fantastic. We love the efficiency of the take off to estimate to in voice and payment process with Houzz. Everything is conveniently in one place.

Houzz Pro excels at presenting our business to customers and bringing in potential opportunities. That's the main reason we invest in it.

Recently, you made changes to the way we can contact and connect with our customers by having all calls and texts go through your switchboard. This new process limits our communication with potential customers and slows down the entire process. It's even worse when the switchboard has connection problems or errors that prevent us from reaching our customers.

Initially, it was overwhelming when it came to estimates, but it was worth it in the end. I also didn't like the fact that there wasn't a deck building section.

The best thing about Houzz Pro is the ability to stay on top of my projects, communicate effortlessly with my clients, and have all my project data centralized.

I dislike the frequent changes they make. Just when I get used to one thing, they go and change the layout again. Additionally, I'm not a fan of the fact that the customers' direct phone numbers no longer show up; instead, they go through the operator's number.

I genuinely can't think of any major drawbacks to Houzz Pro. I suppose the house plan creator could use a few updates.

I've noticed that the leads seem to disappear on Houzz, while we receive many calls from Google. The design tools don't allow me to create full home renovations, including exterior finishes. It would be great if the flooring and wall finishes matched popular vendor products, so I can provide clients with more realistic renderings and layouts for their projects. The website creation could use some improvement.
