Pros
This software has integrated very well with our system and improved productivity. Dispatch scheduler has made our responses to customer queries more organized and timely.
Cons
The Job Costing module is one thing that I find really cumbersome. Also the job invoicing is a bit of a hassle. Like when I'm working with multiple customers for monthly draws, it takes so much time having to go in and out of each job just to create the invoice. Plus, if you don't have a bill set up in accounts receivable, you have to leave the job master, go into AR to set up the bill and then go back into the job master to finish everything. It is just a lot of extra steps.

“Thanks to Jonas, our productivity is improved”
Pros
One of our main concerns while picking a solution was to go paperless. Jonas excellent features such as eMobile and Field time applications have helped us achieve just that. Plus it offers great customer service as well.
Cons
Jonas was the best choice after figuring out exactly what package we needed. So no complaints to report for now!

Jonas enterprise is an excellent option when you want to integrate multiple aspects of your business in one straight package. Now all our departments are on the same page at the same time which is of great value to us.
Cons
There are a few features we've heard are coming, but they never really seem to be happening.

“Fits our needs”
Pros
Jonas fits our needs very well especially when it comes to multiple operating divisions at multiple locations. We are way more organized as compared to when we were using our previous software.
Cons
Like with any software, it took us a bit of time to get used to Jonas. The test company they set up before we went live was helpful but it still took some time to figure out how everything works. Now that we have had some time with it, we're all pretty comfortable navigating the software and getting the info we need.

“Started rough but ended smoothly”
Pros
Program adapts to our needs fairly quickly. Also any recommendations we make often end up included in the updates which is great.
Cons
There are not any major issues we came across But yes, there are times when we need a "workaround" but Jonas has been really helpful in guiding us through those. The biggest challenge for us was the complete system changeover (which we chose to do). Along with that, it required us to think a little differently about how we handle things.

Pros
The good thing about it is that you can very quickly and easily start a case. And it's generally easy to get around.
Cons
The fixes often feel more complicated than they need to be and when I call in for help on something urgent, the person I talk to does not always seem to understand what I am asking about.

Well I am really impressed with the schedule dispatching feature as it is simply amazing. Plus, the way it integrates accounting and time tracking is absolutely top-notch.
Cons
We handle a lot of custom home projects with lots of client involvement, but the client-side interface is not great. Since it's Windows-based, it caused some issues for a few of our workstations.

Pros
One thing I really enjoy about this enterprise software is the interface and I find it very user-friendly especially the admin dashboard. It makes everything much more manageable for me and I also find the invoicing tools very practical for handling employee-related tasks.
Cons
It was a little confusing but once I understood how it worked, it really impressed me far more than I expected.

I am really disappointed as I came to know that sales team promotes features that do not exist in this software. They assured us it would meet all our needs but it definitely does not.
Cons
Nothing works correctly ever. I process payroll weekly and constantly need to double-check, sometimes triple-check what the software does and does not do. Also the PO system does not work as they promised. We cannot enter a full invoice number from our vendors due to the character limit. Plus fixing things in Jonas feels nearly impossible.

Right from the sales pitch, I was promised features this software simply does not have and I have found that it does not fully meet the expectations that were initially set.
Cons
Almost nothing works the way it should. I run payroll every week and have to double-check and sometimes even triple-check, what the system is doing or failing to do. The PO system also doesn't function the way it was presented to us. On top of that, we can't even enter a full vendor invoice number because of the character limit and trying to correct anything in the system is incredibly difficult.

Jonas is fairly easy to navigate and customize. Also adjusting buttons and updating prices is a not a problem anymore and training others to use the system was easy too. In short my experience with this software has served me simply the best.
Cons
I often encounter glitches. And whenever there is a change in the system, I believe there should be a tutorial available for staff.

Pros
Getting around the system is pretty easy for me and I find customizing it does not take much effort. Updating buttons and prices is quick and I was able to teach other staff members how to use it without difficulty.
Cons
System had frequent glitches which was frustrating. Whenever updates or changes were made, there really should have been a tutorial available for the staff.

Cons

Pros
Having everything across our business connected in one platform has been a huge advantage for me and I find it handles integration very well. I also appreciate that the team keeps updating the software to stay aligned with our needs.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the training side. When new employees join, it would really help if there were a stronger built-in training system or tool we could use for onboarding.

Pros
With Jonas, we can now easily manage and see all the purchases made every day. It also helps us track where each employee has been so we can plan future schedules accordingly. Before Jonas, we were using multiple spreadsheets, but now everything is in one place as it's like a one-stop shop for us. Also now it is very easy to use once trained. Navigation is simple as well and I can find everything with just one click and it is designed to be very user-friendly.
Cons
I am overall happy at this point. I do not have any concerns or plans to change. However, I imagine that certain issues might arise over time.

Thing that really stands out is how adaptable the program is and I find the steady upgrades driven by customer feedback especially impressive. I've noticed that many suggestions actually get reviewed and, when they prove useful, are often implemented within a year, while the support team consistently works hard to resolve any issues I find.
Cons
There really aren't any major deal-breakers. From time to time, a few things need a workaround but the system is still very helpful when it comes to finding a way around those situations. The biggest hurdle for us was transitioning our entire system which was our own decision. That shift also meant we had to adjust our thinking and approach a bit.
