Jonas has the best customer support ever!
Pros

Jonas is a breath of fresh air in our manufacturing business. We have been able to utilize its features to aid in project management and deliver the best possible services to our clients. I love the bookmark feature, which allows you to have numerous screens open at the same time. The team behind Jonas is always open to suggestions and our comments on existing features in order to keep the product updated. Our network administrators liked the Jonas user conferences and learned a lot from the seminars and networking sessions with other users.

Cons

Implementing Jonas has been really time-consuming for us. The new Jonas dispatcher and scheduler, which is drastically different from the prior dispatch board, comes with a steep learning curve. And working with the customer team to prepare an eMobile app has been tedious at best. It is a relief that the customer care team is actually caring enough to give us all the time that we need in order to prepare the required information. We are hoping that it will simplify our operations and eventually flatten the learning curve as well.

Reasonable pricing and amazing customer care.
Pros

I am going to make it simple for the readers. When selecting CM software, there are three fundamental questions that you are supposed to ask and Jonas is the answer to all of these questions. First, Jonas is reasonably priced. Second, they have amazing customer care service. Third, they really appreciate the feedback.

Cons

In the 20 years we have been in the company, the dispatch board is the only thing highlighted as bad. It still works as intended, but they should make it more efficient at scheduling daily calls.

It allows monitoring things in real time!
Pros

It shows a real time perspective of everything thats running in your business. Reducing data entry errors to have an accurate accounting data was very helpful.

Cons

I had to fill out a lot of forms initially and give out an endless amount of information.

It does a good job at costing
Pros

Its a solid enterprise solution for construction companies with a good looking admin dashboard and above par report writer.

Cons

Our balance sheet sometimes get out of balance no one know why. UI is a bit outdated.

Being able to use Jonas and Jonas eMobile has made things much easier
Pros

It has totally eliminated the need to run two separate systems. I love that one system is enough to extract information from accounting, service and maintenance.

Cons

Making your own documents is not easy. Creating reports is a mess.

Pros

The best thing about it in my opinion is the user interface. The excellent admin dashboard really helps a lot in employee management.

Cons

Took some time for me to get a grip. May seem difficult for some to master.

You get what you paid for
Pros

They really considers your business their own! Constantly working on our feedback and partnering with other companies that are commonly used in the field. They have successfully created a tool that is suitable for all levels of your organization.

Cons

We usually deal with big invoices, like in millions, and the software does not automatically include comas in the bills so we have to manually adjust before forwarding them.

An excellent move for our business
Pros

This software has integrated very well with our system and improved productivity. Dispatch scheduler has made our responses to customer queries more organized and timely.

Cons

Job Costing module is frustrating. When doing multiple customers it is so time consuming that I have to go in and out of every job to generate the invoice.

Were doing more with less staff thank to Jonas!
Pros

One of our main concerns while picking a solution was to go paperless. Excellent features such as eMobile and Field time applications have helped us achieve just that. Great customer service as well.

Cons

Jonas was the best choice after figuring out exactly what package we need.

Great Value!
Pros

Jonas enterprise is an excellent option when you want to integrate multiple aspects of your business in one straight package. All our departments are on the same page at the same time which is of great value to us.

Cons

There are some upcoming features including some recommended by us but it never really sees the light of day it seems.

Excellent company with great customer support
Pros

Jonas fits our needs very well especially when it comes to multiple operating divisions at multiple locations. We are way more organized as compared to when we were using our previous software.

Cons

It took us longer than usual to get accustomed to how this software works. This is by far the biggest down-side of Jonas.

Rough start with soft landing
Pros

Program adapts to your need fairly quickly. Any recommendations we make often end up included in the updates which is great.

Cons

Some items for require a workaround on occasions but generally the team is very helpful in assisting.

Pros

The thing thats good with it is that you can very quickly and easily start a case. Its generally easy to get around.

Cons

Customer support is rubbish. Most of the times I just get an answer that theyll fix it. Im pretty sure they dont even know why the issue happened in the first place.
