“Easy accounting project system”
Pros
Starting with the system was very easy for me and I find day-to-day use simple. I like how it maintains reliable data records while combining accounting and project management effectively.
Cons
Price is a little steep and definitely sits on the higher end of the market, although I do think it justifies the cost. It also took quite a bit of effort to convince my director to move forward with using it.

“User friendly service ERP”
Pros
It feels very user-friendly in my experience and I've noticed it works exceptionally well for the service industry while aligning closely with our company's needs.
Cons
Since we started using it, I honestly haven't run into any problems yet. The software seems to have been built to really suit the needs of our business ,)

“Poor support correction issues”
Pros
Navigating the system is generally easy for me and I find the search feature useful even if it could include more detail. Opening a case is also simple whenever I need it.
Cons
Making corrections feels more difficult than it should be and when I call for help with something time-sensitive, the support person often doesn't seem to understand what I'm referring to.

“Reliable construction ERP”
Pros
From what I've seen, this is one of the most versatile platforms we've used for construction-related work and I find it performs reliably.
Cons
I really haven't run into many downsides. The only thing that comes to mind is that Digio might offer better ways to save emails and documents directly into project files.

“Simple work order”
Pros
I've found using it very easy and the functionality works well. Creating work orders and issuing purchase orders feels simple and familiar to me.
Cons
Since I use it remotely, it can be slow at times, although that may be more related to our own system. I'm also still getting familiar with the reporting features but they seem fine so far.

“Easy quote management”
Pros
Reviewing quotes and confirmed business across accounts is easy for me and I find the system simple enough to navigate once I'm in it. Looking up information is also fairly manageable.
Cons
One thing it's missing is a CRM component. Creating reports can be frustrating at times because it's hard to remember the right search criteria for the report you want to build. Some tasks also require too many clicks and page changes to get to the next step and the search button can be slow to respond.

“centralized operations”
Pros
Having everything in one central system really helps me connect different parts of the business and I find it handles most of our daily operational needs effectively.
Cons
There are quite a few small gaps and overlooked details that support doesn't really have solutions for so you're often stuck dealing with them as-is. On the job invoice template, for instance, there's no second comma separator and there's also no subtotal line after holdback. We ended up paying for a custom form design just to add features that really should have been standard. The scheduling module also feels underdeveloped and could use more improvement.

“Strong construction reporting ERP”
Pros
Powerful reporting stands out to me as one of its biggest strengths and I find customizing reports very easy. New employees I've worked with get comfortable quickly and I've noticed support responds fast whenever issues come up. I also appreciate how everything, from accounting to scheduling and field time, works together in one place.
Cons
Platform is constantly being developed, with new modules coming out on a regular basis which is actually exciting to see. At the moment, I'm just looking forward to geofencing being added to Field Time.

“Poor interface issues”
Pros
This is a very capable program in my experience and I find it handles nearly every accounting task while still allowing plenty of customization to fit specific needs.
Cons
Biggest downside is the user interface. Certain reports are hard to locate and the software really needs to be more simple so people who do not use it every day can still figure out where to find information.

“Great construction reporting”
Pros
One of the best parts for me is being able to pull exactly the reports I need. I find the software easy to use, well organized and clearly designed with the construction industry in mind making it simple to track progress and manage multiple projects.
Cons
Only issue at this point is that building a report can be a little tricky and it would be better to have more custom design options. Other than that, I don't have much to add yet but I'll know more once I've spent more time using the software.

“Outdated limited ERP”
Pros
Unfortunately, this purchase ended up being very costly for us and I haven't had a positive experience with it. We initially chose it expecting strong accounting support but even our accountants have been disappointed.
Cons
From the start, the platform has felt outdated because it runs on a database that hardly anyone uses anymore. The company markets it very well but once you actually begin working in it, you quickly realize the product just isn't very good. For example, job names, contract numbers, part numbers and similar fields have strict character limits. Client POs or contract numbers can easily be 15 to 20 characters or longer, yet the system only allows around 12. That alone creates unnecessary problems and there are plenty more issues beyond that. Support has been poor. Document control does not sync properly and you can't drag and drop items from document management or move emails back and forth the way you would expect. EBI goes down all the time. The custom form designer has a lot of limitations and is not truly customizable. The project scheduler also lacks customization and the dispatch scheduler does not sync properly with the rest of the software. E-mobile is a joke as well and offers very little flexibility. There is no automatic update function either so every update has to be done manually which means stopping service and restarting the server. On top of all that, the maintenance fees are extremely expensive and absolutely not worth it.

“integrated payroll”
Pros
A standout feature for me is the single-entry accounting system and I appreciate how everything flows easily across payroll, cost reports, A/P and A/R. I also find the reporting excellent, with customization options that match our company's needs.
Cons
Downside is moving between modules which could be more fluid and some of the selection options for printing are a bit limited.

“my review”
Pros
Since we are not fully operational yet, it's still a bit early to judge but at this point the system seems easy to navigate and appears to include all the tools we need.
Cons
Training is very structured and moves at a fast pace. With the demands of day-to-day operations, it's hard to keep up. New users really need dedicated super-users to handle the training process and then train the rest of the staff again.

“Enterprise dashboard system”
Pros
Being a full enterprise system is a big plus and I find the owner dashboard really well designed. I've also seen the job costing perform very well and I rely on the report writer quite a bit.
Cons
Accounting side feels a little weak and there were times when the balance sheet would go out of balance. The software also has an overall look that feels somewhat outdated.

“No invoice scanning”
Pros
Keeping up with change orders and monitoring subcontractor status requests works well for me. I also find it helpful for job forecasting and I can rely on the accuracy of the records.
Cons
A downside is that invoices can't be scanned into the system so there's no way to review invoices or subcontractor pricing electronically.

“Poor training setup”
Pros
There's a lot built into this software and I find the range of features very useful. I especially appreciate the flexibility when digging into costs and overhead through reporting tools.
Cons
Our biggest problem was the training. The trainer assigned to us didn't understand construction accounting and seemed to know even less about the software itself. After we raised the issue, they replaced the trainer but we weren't given any credit for the wasted training time and we were left with a company file that had been set up incorrectly. They told us they could help correct it but only if we paid extra for additional support. Now, three months later, they still haven't responded to our emails. This software is very complicated and without proper training, it's extremely difficult to use.

“Full enterprise ERP”
Pros
Right from the start, I found the system easy to learn thanks to the outstanding trainers and support team. Over the years, I've built a great relationship with them and they've always been ready to help with any issue. I rely on the software for A/R, A/P, G/L, payroll, project management, service management, inventory and equipment and I find the reporting especially powerful for tracking project performance in real time. The Dispatch Board and mobile solution have helped expand our service operations and I genuinely appreciate how payroll simplifies handling both union and non-union setups. Overall I've seen it transform how our company operates by improving efficiency and visibility and I value how the team continues to listen and act like a true partner.
Cons
At this point, I honestly can't think of any downsides.

“multi user system”
Pros
Designed for multi-user environments, I've found this software handles large organizations really well and scales as needs grow. I also appreciate the strong support backed by a well-resourced company.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve especially for accountants putting in the time to master it but it's worth the effort. Aside from that, I honestly do not have much negative to say other than this sentence being far too long.

Pros
At our gym, I use it to keep member details and contact information organized and I find it works quickly and efficiently. Once I understood the basics, it became quite easy for me to use.
