Pros

I really value how easy it is to use and how smoothly I can schedule appointments. The process is very simple and efficient, making it easy to manage my calendar and keep everything organized.

Cons

This product has issues when used with iPhones. It doesn't perform as well on these devices, and I've encountered several problems that make it less effective on iPhones compared to other platforms.

Great for starters and small businesses!

Pros

This software is quite intuitive for the most part. It offers all the essential features for scheduling, creating work orders, assigning tasks, invoicing customers, and syncing with your accounting system.

Cons

I mostly suggest updating the technician app. All my technicians are great at their labor work but struggle with navigating apps and using phones. More education or user guides for techs would be helpful. I also wish there was a better way to communicate between departments, like assigning tasks to the office team or having to-do lists.

Service based business software for the little guy!

Pros

Kickserv simplifies creating customer databases, work orders, scheduling repairs, and invoicing. It's the easiest tool I've found and covers everything a new business needs day-to-day.

Cons

There's no way to log cash or check payments in the free version.
