Good product

Pros

Kickserv is easy to use and navigate, very smooth for new users.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the notification feature since it's inconsistent with the times. Sometimes it's accurate, other times it's way off.

Great Product for us starting out the service division of our company

Pros

I really value being able to review our customer base and handle billing with ease before we leave.

Cons

The reports could be more intuitive. It's not always straightforward to figure out how to get just a P/L number for the jobs entered.

Kickserv Rocks

Pros

Awesome product!! 10!!

Pros

I like how easy it is to use and the quality of customer service.

I'd like to be able to modify some of the forms. The font is so small that many of my older customers have trouble reading it.

Overall easy to use. Quirky on what can be synced with Quickbooks

Pros

The simplicity of scheduling appointments and the overall calendar layout make managing appointments easy.

Cons

We back up all our info into QuickBooks. You can't start an estimate in Kickserv and sync it to QB. Only invoicing can be synced. If you sync an invoice in Kickserv, you can't change it on the Kickserv side.

Kickserv Pros and Cons

Pros

I value how easy Kickserv was to use and understand. The interface was easy to navigate, and the reporting and analytics tools were incredibly useful for gauging my company's performance.

Cons

I don't like the limited customization options for reports and the restricted invoicing features.

Web vs app

Pros

I liked that I can manage all my jobs from one place in the browser. I can access customer information, navigate to their address, and call directly from the customer details.

Cons

The app and the web browser are inconsistent with each other, which is one thing I don't like.

Great Software

Pros

Kickserv is easy to use and makes adjusting products and prices a simple task. The interface is designed for easy modifications, so you can quickly make changes without any complications. I love the reminders and scheduling options, and the team's quick responses and advice are fantastic, even when I ask unusual questions!

Cons

The mobile part of the software could use some improvement from our perspective. We have issues with attachments and viewing them in the field, though some of these issues might be user error.

Most intuitive program I've used

Pros

We really like the Resources Calendar's week-at-a-glance view. It's easy to see each tech's schedule, job durations, and job types with color coding. This program is very intuitive with its large screens and no unnecessary tiny fields. Despite being pushed to use other major programs by our franchise, which everyone disliked, we've always stuck with Kickserv as our main tool. It's as easy to use as an iPhone! Skip the CRM advertised during the Super Bowl; everyone we know hated it.

Cons

The only issue I had was when it stopped syncing with desktop QuickBooks 2009. We didn't upgrade QB and had to manually enter sold jobs. It was worth it to avoid buying another QB program.
