It's fairly simple to use. The staff is friendly and you can call in directly.
Cons
I can't fix issues quickly, which costs us time, money, and unhappy customers.

“Good for payment processing
Pros
Payzerware is very user-friendly, and you can limit payments to either credit card or ACH, or offer both options.
Cons
Many of our customers don't get the payment links because Payzer's emails end up in spam filters.

Pros
The program itself was excellent, but the customer service was rude and disrespectful.
Cons
The pricing structure is an issue, and they falsely advertised a free month trial. Also, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

“DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM
Pros
This product is awful and should never have been released to the public. There are hundreds of issues, and their team can't seem to fix any of them. It will change your financials without your consent and can't be trusted.
Cons
Their customer service is awful. They don't fix problems. We use their program to sync with QuickBooks, and it's been a complete disaster. It changes our invoices to different amounts without us knowing, doesn't sync properly, and they haven't fixed any issues in the last year. They released software full of bugs that shouldn't have been given to customers.

The software is incredibly simple to use and navigate. We can use it on our office desktops or on the go with our technicians.

“Perfect migration from wintac to payzerware
Pros
The product is very easy to learn. It had everything we needed and more. The data migration went perfectly. The entire Payzerware team has been helpful every step of the way. The online QuickBooks syncs flawlessly.
Cons
The Profit Rino flat rate add-on package is not nearly as robust as the program offered by Profit Rhino itself.

I found it super easy to use, and it was not hard to navigate to get things done in a day's work.
Cons
I don't have anything bad to say because as a CSR, we only used it for payments, but the billing side was handled by a different department.

Field technicians have the capability to accept customer payments directly at the service location.
Cons
Too many random sync errors with QuickBooks, which means we have to manually change the payment memo somehow for Payzer to try syncing again.

It's easy to use. We've used it for probably 4-5 years and have never had an issue with money being deposited on time.

At times, the communication from their office falls short of expectations and is not as effective or clear as it should be.

One of the easiest apps to use on any device. The steps are straightforward and provide several copies of invoices, so you can keep track of everything effectively.

Pros
The user interface is very easy to navigate and understand. The recurring payment options allow us to charge monthly for our service agreements, something we couldn't do before Payzer.
Cons
I wish the software integrated with QuickBooks online. It works with the desktop version, but not the online one.

Pros
Payzerware is very impressed with how easy it is to use! I really like the automatic payments feature. The receipts are also more detailed than our previous credit card machine.
Cons
Having to log in each time. The option to match customers is a problem because I have several customers with the same name, and it keeps autofilling the oldest one.
