“Good software for 3D modeling
Pros
I use the software for 3D modeling and BIM projects. My team and I use it frequently and are very satisfied with how it operates. The 3D visualizations enable clear and understandable presentations to builders or other project participants.
Cons
Up to now, I haven't noticed any drawbacks.

“Revit is the way to go
Pros
It's super simple to use. There are tons of BIMs out there, and they are a wonderful asset. The third-party 3D modeling software takes your Revit floor plan to the next level.
Cons
The newest update with its templates is cool but leads to some really weird and stupid issues.

“A software for 3D modelling and BIM for architects
Pros
I like how easy it is to start modeling and view the design in three dimensions. It's also a convenient tool for architects.
Cons
I find importing files from AutoCAD into Revit to be a bit cumbersome and believe the process could be simplified. It often feels like there are too many steps involved, making it more time-consuming than it should be. An improvement in this area would greatly enhance the overall workflow and efficiency when working between these two programs.

“BIM with Automation
Pros
For repetitive tasks, its integration with Python, Grasshopper, and Dynamo is really helpful. We can also automate complex tasks with Revit automation.
Cons
There's no option to downgrade a Revit file. I think they should at least provide this option with some limitations.

“Best for MEP
Pros
Revit provides engineers and architects with a variety of benefits. Due to its seamless integration with the BIM concept, many of these advantages are realized.
Cons
Interior designers might experience frustration because Revit is not the most intuitive program for working on building interiors from a different perspective.

“Revit is the AutoCAD of Our Time
Pros
Not only does it visualize the project in 3D, but it also populates data to create takeoffs, 2D drawings, and much more.
Cons
On larger projects, models can become so data-dense that they become hard to work with.

“Revit the best yet the worst!
Pros
Revit provides a platform where different disciplines in construction can work together simultaneously; for example, an architect and an engineer don't need to switch software to work on the same project. Everything they need is in the software. Revit is modern and provides all necessary tools for a contemporary architect, engineer, or designer. Of all BIM software, Revit has the most support from different partners and the largest stock of assets on the market.
Cons
It's too bulky. 2. It has the steepest learning curve. 3. The user interface is a mess; it still resembles ancient software like AutoCAD. ArchiCAD is more modern and easy to use compared to Revit. 4. The controls in the software are quite a workaround.

“Central information of architecture
Pros
I am dedicated to the field of architectural visualization, and Revit is a useful tool for creating joint work processes with others. You can obtain countless pieces of information, from 3D modeling to construction pricing.
Cons
Probably its price. Latin America is not yet a market prepared to pay large sums of money, but I understand that it is a program with a lot of technology and extremely useful. I truly believe it is worth what it costs.

“Best tool for parametric modelling
Pros
Revit is the best and easiest tool to create parametric BIM models compared to others. It has the shortest learning curve and the most tools available.
Cons
It struggles when importing geometry from non-Revit formats, even if it's coming from the same ecosystem (AutoCAD). It also needs to improve the topography.

“Utilizing Revit
Pros
Revit is a system, and if set up properly, it meets a lot of needs. However, many additional plug-ins and tools are necessary.
Cons
Having used the program for many years, I know the quirks. There are a lot of them... Many simple things you'd think would be simple are not the way the program was built. Slow timeline for improvements.

“Revit Review
Pros
It's easy to use. I started using it in design school, and it was one of my favorite programs because of the ease of use and learning curve compared to AutoCAD. I enjoyed rendering my designs and seeing how they would turn out.

“Not the only best, but one of the best
Pros
I find the interdisciplinary modeling and coordination features to be exceptionally beneficial. The software facilitates seamless collaboration between various disciplines, making the entire process more efficient and integrated. This functionality ensures that architects, engineers, and other professionals can work together harmoniously, reducing errors and improving overall project outcomes.
Cons
I don't find Revit as intuitive or easy to learn as ArchiCAD. The learning curve for Revit is noticeably steeper, and the interface can be quite challenging to navigate, especially for new users. ArchiCAD, on the other hand, offers a more easy and user-friendly experience, making it easier to pick up and start working efficiently.
