“Debugging overpowered
Pros
Their customer support is excellent. They are accommodating, pretty much on their toes to remove bugs, and skilled in identifying the underlying reasons for our issues. The accounting and human resources parts of the software work perfectly, and I rarely have to fix anything or call for help.
Cons
The softwares project management part was never finished. Therefore, it isnt really in all its glory right now. But on the plus side, I believe that now that Viewpoint has acquired Spectrum, merging it with Team Software will significantly improve this section!

Pros
Whenever we come across an issue, specturms support is quick to help. Moreover, they have a nice invoice approval feature.
Cons
Payroll adjustments are a nightmare. We would like an option to pay for the number of users at a time instead of named users (since some users usually access once a week at most).

Pros
Appreciate the long list of modules with flawless implementation. Document imaging is a great help, security rights of the employees can be adjusted fairly easily.
Cons
Local income tax tables are missing. You cannot export a report in multiple formats one after the other, you have to reopen the report every time.

“Useful with great potential
Pros
So many options and areas to add information in, once its added the Spectrum allows you to generate neatly presented reports for everything.
Cons
Keeping too many tabs open can cause spectrum to freeze and sometimes I have to log all the way back in and loose my progress.

Pros
The support team is hands down the best. They deal with the silliest issues with such professionalism.
Cons
The software still seems to be in a development mode so maybe later updates would be more impressive.

Pros
Truly great documentation support. All the modules are equipped with a handy scanning option so we get to scan the required documents right there and then.
Cons
We found that after at least every three months, at least one of our transaction did not post properly. Support team is not trained, often not able to understand our problem.
