Pros

It's really helpful having everything in one place: project management, scheduling, bookkeeping, CRM and more. The Google integration is the strongest I've seen in a PM platform especially how it automatically pulls in the right emails for each project.

Cons

My biggest frustration is that they charge extra for educational seminars that are meant to help users get more out of the software. It would be much more customer friendly if those sessions were recorded and made available to all customers especially since it benefits them too when users understand the platform more deeply. The calendar and scheduling tool also isn't quite as polished as Calendly even though it gets the job done. Workflows seem useful but I'm still having a bit of trouble setting them up linking them properly and making sure they run in a way that feels natural and human.

Pros

Everything is organized in one place and the interface is simple enough to handle different parts of the business without jumping between tools. The integrations with other business software are also really useful and add a lot of value.

Cons

Getting started can be a bit overwhelming because the platform takes time to fully understand at first. Customer support also needs improvement since response times can be long and the help you get is not always very useful.

helpful tools for solopreneurs

Pros

An easy platform for solopreneurs that's simple to work with and packed with features that help keep the business organized.

Cons

Lead dashboard still has a lot of room for improvement. It would be really helpful to move clients from lead to active client and then back to lead again when they return to work with you. I'm also not happy that the text message notifications were turned off.

Pros

Document tracking worked really well especially for seeing exactly when files were sent out to clients.

Cons

Payment integration was too expensive for something that feels essentia especially on top of the merchant fees already charged by payment processors. It also didn't include inventory management which is ultimately why I stopped using it.

Pros

Having most parts of the business handled in one reasonably priced platform is a big plus. It's also really useful that several team members can use the system at once and take bookings individually which had been a problem with a lot of other options I looked at. The customer support team is helpful too although there isn't much true hands on assistance.

Cons

A few parts of the system feel repetitive and that gets frustrating. Connecting email and calendars can also be a bit awkward unless you only use Gmail.
