Pros
Getting started felt very easy and the customer service has been great. The platform was simple to learn and whenever something came up I could reach real people through online support and usually got a response within minutes.
Cons
The ability to text a client after they requested information used to be missing although that feature has since been added.

“Reliable support for years”
Pros
After nearly seven years with this software it still feels easy to work in. The biggest plus for me is the team behind it: they're consistently helpful and always go the extra mile whenever I have a question or need support.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about. The bookkeeping feature can be a little tricky to figure out at times but it connects smoothly with other accounting software which helps a lot.

“all-in-one fit for freelancers”
Pros
Running a freelance business with just a small number of clients and this software has been a really good fit. It was simple to get started with easy to use and it kept everything together in one place (billing, invoices, client messages, workflows and more). Having all of that centralized helped me stay organized and keep up with my tasks.
Cons
As my business became more complex and I started offering products alongside one on one services I eventually outgrew this software. Some of the more basic features I needed in bookkeeping and contracts just weren't available.

Pros
Having email, booking and everything else in one place is really the biggest benefit. It works well as an all in one system and keeps everything together in a single spot.
Cons
Didn't run into any problems with the software itself. The only reason we stopped using it was that we weren't in a position to keep paying the required cost.

“grows with my business”
Pros
One of the best things is how well it has scaled with my business. Back when I was just getting started and money was tight I only needed a few basic tools like contact management and email templates. Now that my business has grown and my workflows are more established I can use it to streamline and automate almost everything instead of rebuilding the same tasks over and over. I've set up templates for contracts, invoices, questionnaires and more which saves me a lot of time.
Cons
I can't think of any downsides, I've been happy with all of it.

“Easy workflow win”
Pros
Quotes, contracts, invoices and automated workflows all connected in one place has completely changed the way I manage my business. It cuts down a huge amount of time, gets rid of all the back and forth emails and gives clients a polished professional experience from start to finish. The automation side is a big plus too because it keeps everything moving behind the scenes while I spend more time on the photography work I enjoy most.
Cons
Only small downside that comes to mind is that I'm based in the UK while this is a US company. Even then their support has always replied quickly and it's never caused any real issues. This is just the only minor negative I can think of.

“price hikes feel like a scam”
Pros
The setup at the beginning was simple and the client booking and calendar features were useful.
Cons
This felt like a scam to me. I was first told it would cost $150 for the year, then it jumped to $300 the following year and then all the way to $600 the year after that. Nothing was improved to justify such an outrageous increase.

Pros
Packed with features for a very affordable price it is especially valuable for service providers selling package based services. The lead-to-quote-to-invoice-to-project workflow keeps everything you and a small team need in one place which makes it really useful.
Cons
Design could look a lot better and the calendar view never really worked the way I needed it to. The scheduling tools also felt a bit limited so I still had to use Calendly alongside it. On top of that reporting and analytics are basically minimal to nonexistent.

“everything my business needs”
Pros
Having all my client records, documents and admin work in one place has made a huge difference for my business. The biggest benefit is how much it automates which has taken so many repetitive tasks off my plate and removed the need to bring on an assistant for that kind of work. It does take some time upfront to set everything up the way you want kind of like training a new assistant to handle things properly but that effort really pays off. There are plenty of resources to help with the setup including live training sessions where you can work through your system with a very knowledgeable team member. The new Marketplace is also a big help because you can download setups that fit what you need and skip a lot of the manual setup time. The calendar and Zoom integrations are another standout. Scheduling meetings is a breeze because I do not have to keep checking for conflicts or send messages back and forth about Zoom links. It is all handled automatically. Using this software every day gives me more freedom to actually live my life while still keeping my business running the way it should. I no longer feel like I have to sacrifice one for the other. Customer support has been great as well. Whenever I have a question or run into an issue the team responds quickly and handles everything in a respectful helpful and efficient way.
Cons
Cannot think of any real downsides. If something does come up it gets resolved quickly and efficiently.

Cons
I'm really satisfied with it and don't have any major complaints. If anything the only downside is the time you need to invest upfront to learn the platform and get everything set up. Once that part is finished though you're pretty much set.

It really can be as simple or as detailed as your business needs which is one of the best parts. It doesn't force you into a one-size-fits-all setup or flat pricing model so it feels much more adaptable to different kinds of businesses.
Cons
For a long time it didn't have an app but that's been added now. It also used to be missing online booking and now that's available too. I can't really think of anything else to complain about.

Having everything in one place is what I appreciate most about it because it really cuts down my workload. It manages client communication, invoicing, contracts and scheduling all in one system which saves me hours every single week. I also really value how often they roll out updates and improvements. It feels like the company truly listens to users and cares about making the platform better and that's not something you see often.
Cons
There's not much I would criticize. The only real drawback might be the time it takes to get used to at the start especially for someone new to a platform with this many tools built in. It can feel a little overwhelming at first because there's a lot to explore. That said I'm pretty comfortable with tech so it wasn't a big issue for me. Plus,their help center is very thorough with step by step video tutorials that make getting up to speed much more manageable.

Running my business feels much more organized. I rely on it for every project and the interface is use friendly enough that daily work flows naturally. Having project management and other key tools in one place has simplified the way I manage everything and saved me a huge amount of time.
Cons
Bookkeeping is really the one part where it feels a bit limited. It handles basic financial tracking but it doesn't offer the more advanced accounting features you get from dedicated bookkeeping software. I also miss being able to capture and upload receipts directly and automatic recurring expense tracking would be a valuable addition.
