My go to tool

Pros

I love how this tool helps me track my contacts effectively and it's been a game-changer for relationship management. The deal flow management feature is incredibly useful for staying organized. What I love most is how smoothly it integrates with both Gmail and Outlook, making my workflow much smoother. The interface is also very user-friendly.

Cons

The prepopulated tags dont always match what I need, so I have to manually tweak them to fit my specific requirements

Excellent sales platform with great features

Pros

I really appreciate how everything I need is bundled into one platform. it makes my workflow so much smoother and gets things done faster.

Cons

The interface feels dated and could use some visual improvements to make it more engaging and appealing to work with.

Affordable CRM with solid features

Pros

One of the top sales CRMs in this price range and it works well for businesses of any size.

Cons

While the preset tags work well, I find myself doing a lot of manual tagging since I have my own specific way of categorizing things.

Essential for our venture operations

Pros

It has become our most valuable resource as a funding association. It helps us understand our relationships with investors, entrepreneurs and everyone in our ecosystem. The platform is also a great addition to our deal flow process and we use it to track our deal pipeline and manage portfolio-related workflows. Features like reminding me to reach out to contacts before an upcoming trip and allowing CSV data import/export are huge advantages.

Cons

The pre-made labels work well but if you have your own way of organizing things, you'll need to do some manual tagging. The visualization tools are solid right now, though there are definitely some additional features that would be helpful. The mobile app could also use some improvements.

Excellent CRM!

Pros

I like how everything is brought together in one place and making my workflow so much easier.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of anything negative to say about it. Everything worked exactly as I expected and I wouldnt change a single thing.
