“Great long-term experience with reliable service
Pros
I can always reach someone when I call and they handle problems fast. Love being able to text customers directly from my phone number. Was able to integrate a phone number I already liked with my current business.
Cons
The only downside is it would be nice to have someone stateside to talk to, though everyone I've spoken with has been knowledgeable or able to connect me with someone who can help answer my questions.

“Essential for remote work success
Pros
I really appreciate how flexible the customization options are and you can tailor settings for each employee, set up calling groups and queues exactly how you need them. The feature that lets you upload your own audio files for recorded messages is particularly nice and gives everything a more professional touch.
Cons
The video conferencing can be glitchy at times. I usually end up switching to Zoom or another dedicated platform for important calls. If they could just fix the audio issues, this would be the perfect remote work solution.

“Amazing app!
Pros
The Polycom phones deliver excellent performance and the website offers tons of useful features. Audio quality is outstanding, and after the initial setup, the system pretty much runs itself with minimal upkeep required.
Cons
As a small law firm, we're paying for tons of features we simply dont use and It would be nice to get some kind of discount for that. Also really wish the monthly invoices could just be emailed as attachments instead of making us log into there website every time.

“Reliable communication solution
Pros
It works really well and is easy to use for everyone on our team. Setting it up is simple whether you go with MSI or EXE, the whole process only takes a few minutes. Love how calls can be switched to your cell phone instantly when you're mobile. The Outlook integration for meetings is a nice touch too. We rely on this daily and most people here are happy with it. Customer service deserves a shout-out as well and support usually calls back within hours of submitting a ticket.
Cons
The only thing that bothers me is when I need to submit a support ticket and have to select my time zone and the list is incredibly long and cumbersome to go through. It would be really helpful if they could streamline this process to make finding your specific time zone much quicker.

I've been using this for several months now and honestly, it's blown me away. The call quality is crystal clear and the uptime has been rock solid and barely any issues at all. What really impressed me is how it's not just a phone system but a complete communication hub with video conferencing, messaging and team collaboration built right in. The interface is very clean, so getting everyone on board was easy. The mobile app works flawlessly too and I can take calls anywhere without any quality drops. The analytics dashboard gives great insights into our communication patterns which has helped us streamline operations. Customer support deserves a shoutout as well and they're always quick to respond and actually helpful when issues come up. For the features you get, the pricing is really reasonable whether your a small business or larger company.
Cons
The update process for the desktop app needs admin access, so our team members constantly have to get IT to remote in and approve updates.

Everything's consolidated in one place, so I don't have to juggle multiple apps anymore which simplifies my workflow significantly. The cloud based setup makes adding or removing users really simple. The CRM integration has been a game-changer for our sales and support teams since they can track customer interactions without jumping between platforms. We've saved money by replacing several tools with this single solution. It's truly an all in one platform, though it took me a few weeks to fully understand all the different services available. Now it's essential for my daily communication with users. Their customer support is outstanding, especially when dealing with technical issues.
Cons
Some of our team members struggled to adapt to the new web based system which meant we had to invest extra time in training or purchase hardphones for those who were resistant to change. Call quality sometimes deteriorates during peak hours which can be frustrating, though this could be caused by various factors. There's limited customization options available so we can't modify much in the app to match our specific requirements.

Cons
The constant updates are really frustrating and feels like I'm getting notifications to download and install new versions multiple times per week on the desktop app. Texting has become more expensive since carriers started charging fees for off-network messages. While internal communication still works fine, we now have to pay extra to text clients and vendors which is problematic since we've become so reliant on this feature.

I love how smoothly I can move between my desk phone, laptop and mobile app and it makes staying connected with clients incredibly easy.
Cons
Sometimes the dialing feature just stops working completely and it's like the whole system freezes up randomly. This glitch hits everything too whether I'm using my laptop, phone app, or desk phone. The outages can drag on for up to 2 hours, and while I can still take incoming calls, making outbound calls becomes impossible during these episodes.

Pros
I like having chat, SMS, calls and meetings all integrated in one spot. The mini switchboard feature on both desktop and mobile is super handy and you can see who's available and who's already on calls, making call transfers much smoother.
Cons
The mobile and desktop notifications don't sync in real time like you'd expect from something like Google Chat.

It helped us bring together phone systems across multiple locations smoothly. I can dial an extension and reach someone 15 miles away at another site without any hassle. Setting up users, phones, ring groups and auto attendants is surprisingly smooth. The functionality keeps our team more connected and productive. We can make and receive calls using our desk phone numbers directly from our mobile devices. I particularly appreciate being able to set working hours so calls don't come through after hours and really helps maintain work-life balance. The desktop app has also reduced our paper usage significantly thanks to the integrated e-fax feature. Overall, it's done an excellent job streamlining how we handle communications across our entire organization.
Cons
Support hours don't align well with East Coast schedules so, I have to wait until 10AM to reach someone live, though their documentation and chatbot usually handle most issues I run into.
