Great potential for loyalty program operations

Pros

Everything about it is great be it fast processing speeds, campaign management or analytics adjustments.

Cons

A longer order of upgrades results in extended wait times for some important updates is quite annoying.

powers our "LOTOK Family" customer program

Pros

This is a cloud based CRM system designed to manage the rewards program and its settings. The website was developed and integrated with the participant's personal account in the Loyalty program on www.lotok.ua. The participants tool is a plastic card that includes both EAN 13 barcodes and a QR code. There is also a mobile app and wallet available for iOS and Android. It integrates with the iBox self-service terminal network providing a single omni-channel solution for accurate data collection and communication with program participants. Also it integrates with cash software which I like most about it.

Cons

In the past our stores offered discounts to customers but this approach was not profitable for our retail chain. So ABM Loyalty which is a bonus-based loyalty program was a bit challenging for us to adapt to.
