convenient automated expense tracking

Pros

What works well for me is how easy it is to log in and automatically pull receipts from specific time cycles. That convenience really helps with tracking expenses.

Cons

At times I struggle a bit with navigation though I think that may be because I only use the system once a month.

Payroll challenges and limitations

Pros

There is a lot of potential here and I see the value in the data it aims to provide. I especially like the idea of accurate job costing in the Construction Edition even though I haven't fully benefited from it yet since job reports only show lifetime costing.

Cons

When it comes to payroll I've run into several issues. Reports are very limited, difficult to export to Excel and there's no easy inquiry functionality. Processing a final paycheck requires contacting support, error reversals are complex, AP releases feel excessive and extracting usable data overall is extremely challenging.

simple navigation after learning

Pros

Once I understood the basic layout navigation became simple for me. Each module follows a similar structure which makes it easier to move around and figure things out independently.

Cons

I've noticed there are many different ways to complete simple tasks. While flexibility is nice, I find it makes training harder since there isn't one consistent method for things like invoicing or returns.

Reliable and detailed database

Pros

I appreciate how well information is stored and how many options exist to include detailed data. It works well for me as a reliable database system.

Cons

Overall usability has been tough for me. I feel it requires extensive training, documentation is hard to follow, support responses were limited and the interface feels bland and confusing without helpful prompts.

Generic inquiry and excel access

Pros

One thing I really enjoy is creating Generic Inquiry reports and exporting data to Excel for analysis. Being able to access and work with data from anywhere has been a huge plus.

Cons

Honestly I don't dislike anything about the system so far based on how I've used it.

Pros

Configuration feels easy from my side and setting up tenants can be done quickly. That speed helps a lot during implementation.

Cons

Difficult interface for accountants

Pros

What I like most is that everything is cloud-based. Having access without worrying about local systems would make daily work much easier for me.

Cons

Personally I find the tool very difficult to use. Coming from an accounting background rather than coding the interface and help resources feel overwhelming and tough.

Pros

Pros

Opportunity Management has been especially impressive for me. It's one of the strongest features I've worked with so far.

Cons

Pros

Everything being cloud-based, combined with frequent updates, works well for me. The addition of direct support has also been a positive change.

Cons

I've noticed the system can be buggy especially after updates. New releases often introduce new issues, key functionality like WMS is missing and relying on multiple add-ons seems to increase instability.

Mobile-friendly system upgrade

Pros

Moving away from our old system felt like a major upgrade for my company. Using software that's mobile-friendly, fast and not tied to one network has truly changed how we operate.

Cons

The main improvement I'd suggest is an easier way to migrate from other systems, such as Fishbowl. From my side, that transition could be much smoother.

Efficient operating system performance

Pros

The operating system performs well overall in my experience. Help resources are fairly useful, data re-entry is simple, amendments are easy to make and projecting demand and supply is fast which really supports quicker decisions.

Cons

Really, I haven't encountered any major issues. The only area I feel needs attention is the time registration system, along with some improvements to departmental functionality. Otherwise, it performs very well.

Pros

This has been one of the most adaptable business management solutions I've used. Working across sales, finance and production has become easier and real-time reporting helps me manage workloads, plan better and securely track processes that were once manual and time-consuming.

Cons

During installation, I found that it takes time and can slow down the system. From my experience, the mobile app also lacks features available on desktop and compared to the market, the pricing doesn't feel very competitive.

Pros

The interface works well for me and whenever I run into an issue, help is readily available. Re-entering details is simple making amendments easy and using dashboards with generic inquiries speeds up demand and supply projections. This has saved me a lot of time and effort in collecting information and coordinating tasks.

Cons

Some reports are difficult to customize and a few features require a deep level of understanding. At first, signing up felt challenging but overall the system handles and fulfills our requirements with ease and nothing has disappointed me so far.

Excellent ERP for midsize businesses

Pros

From my perspective, this is an excellent ERP for midsize businesses. What I like most are the generic inquiries, they make reporting very easy. Deployment is simple and the support team is always active and ready to assist with errors or updates. It's a strong tool for customizing reports efficiently.

Cons

Honestly, no major problems have come up for me. The only area that could use improvement is the time card system, along with some enhancements to the efficiency team but otherwise it does a great job.

automated financial reporting benefits

Pros

What I've noticed is that this tool has transformed our financial reporting. Tasks that were previously manual are now automated making us more professional and reliable. Handling customer relations, invoicing and the sales funnel is much smoother which helps us serve clients with accurate information every time.

Cons

While it generates great reports I've noticed that processing can be slow at times. The email system could be better integrated, templates would be helpful and occasionally the mobile app doesn't perform as well as the desktop version.

solves cross-department challenges

Pros

For me it solves major challenges across sales, planning, accounting and finance. We've implemented it across departments and it has allowed us to organize data efficiently, process orders timely and get closer to our customers. Procurement reporting is far better than the manual methods we used before.

Cons

There still feels like a gap in reporting and in my opinion the integration between production and sales orders needs attention. Initially, the dashboard felt overwhelming due to too many icons and I wish there were better options to hide unused features.

Pros

One feature I appreciate is the ability to customize dashboards for each user. This has made it much easier to keep track of individual workflows and priorities.

Cons

The way tabs are organized doesn't work well for me and I feel it could be much simpler and more simple. Although the search bar is powerful, it's hard to use effectively without building a custom dashboard.

From my side the ERP feels well integrated and ready to use with minimal customization especially for verticals like Construction or Manufacturing. Pricing and licensing options are also well-suited for mid-market and small companies making it more accessible than other cloud ERPs.

Cons

Customizations haven't been easy in my experience and the system isn't ideal for deploying a single ERP instance across multiple countries. The mobile app also feels limited compared to the web version.
