“Excellent communication

Pros

I must say the communication during onboarding was excellent and the follow up for any of our needs has also been amazing. We find their team very helpful. I really love the chat feature.

Cons

The QBO features with AO have been a bit tricky and challenging. I stopped using this feature after realizing that only a few clients were actually using it.

Pros

This tool makes it so simple for me to create, modify and send an order to a client.

Cons

I find managing my contact lists a bit complicated. Wish there was a simpler and faster way to do it.

Its easy to use and I quickly got the hang of it. It keeps everything well managed and organized in one place.

Cons

I would have liked the duplicates of contacts or companies to automatically merge or at least be given a suggestion from the tool about it.

Pros

AO is great at taking feedback from customers and adding new features based on that. Their customer support is top notch and the chat feature is helpful. The team makes sure your issues get resolved.

Cons

It works fine but theres still room for improvement and I am sure the AO team is already on it. I like the app overall.

I really appreciate how simple it is to use and how well organized and tidy everything is.

Cons

I dont like how it automatically sends emails to customers. I wish there was an option to decide whether my email gets sent or not.

“Amazing platform for publishers

Pros

Its very user friendly. For me its been a breath of fresh air after years of experience with bulky CRMs. It quickly provides the info I need without a lot of effort and I find it very convenient.

Cons

It does take a bit more time to extract data into an Excel file. However there are simple ways around it. So nothing that bothers me too much.
