“Amazing for contact management
Pros
The interface is user friendly so everything's right there when you need it. The tools and features are well-explained in the menu and adding new contacts plus organizing them is really simple. This matters a lot to us since having all client details properly structured is crucial for our sales team. Being able to download files to open on other platforms for analyzing your data is super helpful. It's great having that backup copy in case something goes wrong, plus you can dive deeper into the information using external tools for more detailed analysis. Support has been responsive whenever we've had questions and they've helped us integrate data from other systems. We've definitely cut down on the time it takes to get information into there system.
Cons
It had a minor hiccup with contact syncing where the system didn't catch duplicates properly, so I ended up with double entries that needed manual cleanup. Support was helpful in sorting it out but it was still a bit problem having to delete and re add everything.

“Effective CRM with great simplicity
Pros
I've used quite a few CRM systems over the years and this one stands out as both simple and incredibly effective. Working with sales teams daily, I constantly hear complaints about clunky systems that eat into their selling time. Since switching to this platform, my data entry tasks take half the time they used to.
Cons
I honestly can't find anything to complain about with this system.

“Best support team ever!
Pros
Their support team jumps on questions fast and actually solves problems instead of just giving generic responses. What I really appreciate is how they approach everything and you can tell they genuinely want to help rather than just check a box. The efficiency and accuracy are spot-on too.
Cons
I can't really think of anything major since it handles everything we need right now.

“Excellent staff experience
Pros
Working with support team has been fantastic. I was involved in our integration from the very beginning and they made the whole process incredibly smooth. They've been amazing at helping us achieve our goals.
Cons
Finding flaws is tough since they keep fixing everything I used to complain about. The constant updates mean any issues get resolved pretty quickly.

“Mobile contact access made simple
Pros
I appreciate how smooth and well-organized the interface is. The mobility aspect is fantastic since I can access it from my PC, MAC or Linux systems without any issues. It runs smoothly across different web browsers and has been incredibly reliable. Response times are lightning fast and I love having real-time data access. Downloading information as CSV files is straightforward and really helpful for additional analysis. The backup process is simple too since I can just export CSV files. Being able to group contacts and tag products to specific customers makes organization effortless. Since it's web-based, sharing access with multiple team members hasn't been a problem at all. This tool gives me everything I need for customer relationship management.
Cons
The date format doesn't follow the international standard YYYY-MM-DD which is frustrating. Also I can't figure out how to remove those annoying brackets around phone area codes like "(905)" and they're just not necessary and I'd prefer them gone.

“Outstanding Service & Functionality
Pros
I've been working with this team from the beginning and they really understand what dealers need. They're quick to respond to suggestions and handle everything from tech savvy users to those just getting started. When I have questions, the response time is excellent. The value and ability to scale as our business has grown and evolved has been remarkable.
Cons
The development cycle can be slower than what my organization needs when they're adding new features. That said, every update they release is always polished and well thought out.
