“Decent tool once you get past the learning curve
Pros
As a large advertising company, we've got tons of options to manage. This platform really helps showcase all those choices and the interface is pretty straightforward to navigate.
Cons
Sometimes it takes way too many steps just to place even the tiniest order which gets frustrating.

I love how this CRM makes territory management so much simpler for account executives. It lets me handle all my contacts, track sales progress through different stages and monitor revenue in one place. The ability to quickly check previous years' spending levels is incredibly helpful, and I can easily manage contact roles and find billing invoices when needed. Everything's designed to help me sell more while staying organized and efficient.
Cons
Learning the sales reporting system requires time investment. The workflow approval process can really slow things down when you're waiting for manager sign-offs or trying to collect prepayments. Besides these issues everything else flows smoothly.
