Handles all kinds of different projects

Pros

You can handle all kinds of different projects with it. It's really user-friendly especially since you can design your own custom input screens. There is an SQL database that you can even access externally to connect data across systems. Also it automates personalized document generation and integrates smoothly with company-specific workflows. The support is excellent too as they are always available for us and really knowledgeable.

Cons

I feel like the manual for macro programming could be a bit more detailed in some sections and include more practical examples.

Provides lots of customization options

Pros

There is a huge range of customization options available and it is pretty easy to set up and launch. And we don't need IT experts for day-to-day admin as regular back-office or project managers can handle it. Overall compared to other providers, the cost is really affordable.

Cons

No downsides here as whenever we have needed something adjusted, redesigned or if something did not work as expected, the customer support and development team, especially have always come through with a solution.

Love how flexible the project setup is

Pros

I love how flexible the project setup is. Also customizing things is pretty simple and hassle-free.

Cons

The legacy user interface feels outdated. I also wish there were built-in properties for mandatory fields instead of having to use macros and that there were more event triggers for field changes.

The absolute best part is the team

Pros

The absolute best part about AGVIP is the team especially Mr. Grutzeck. They are very friendly, really skilled and always full of fresh ideas. It itself is like a versatile toolkit for project management as it's quick to set up and easy to use. With just a little practice, you will feel ready to tackle any new challenge that comes your way.

Cons

What I like least hmm honestly, I cannot think of anything to write here.

Really simple to use and powerful

Pros

I find it really simple to use but still powerful enough to handle complex tasks. Support responds quickly, the price-performance ratio is great and the software is very stable.

Cons

Nothing as the software meets all our needs really well.
