“Streamlines daily dealership tasks

Pros

Finding plans and checking rates is pretty easy now and I really appreciate how simple the quoting process is. Also the benefit summaries are easy to locate too which saves me a lot of time.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that finding quotes for individual employees in multi-plan groups requires removing other employees which adds unnecessary extra steps to the process.

The support team has been very supportive whenever my team needs help with issues or just wants training on how to use the platform.

Cons

I have not run into any problems with it so far. The team consistently gives positive feedback about there experience using it.

Pros

AgencySmart system is really simple and easy to use as it keeps all the client information we need to track in one place. Setting up employer contributions is a feature I particularly love. We have had much better success tracking our clients and insurance companies with this platform compared to what we used before.

Cons

The plans we use here in Utah are not all pre loaded so we either have to manually enter them ourselves or wait for support to add them for us.

Overall it is really easy to navigate. Plus Anthony's training sessions are efficient and he is great at answering all my questions.
