“Boosts productivity
Pros
I find this tool way too easy to navigate and it makes working with my team so much smoother. What really stands out is the security as everything we communicate gets encrypted and protected which gives me peace of mind.
Cons
The pricing is pretty high for smaller companies and getting it to work with our existing systems was more difficult than expected. And since it is cloud-based you really need solid internet because slow connections make it so slow.

“Not worth the time or investment
Pros
I used Whiteboard for years and found it really reliable but unfortunately it got acquired and is not available anymore. Most reviews here are still for the old Whiteboard version thats no longer around.
Cons
Better not invest in it as the customer support is terrible and the system has way too many bugs that make it practically impossible to use every day.

“Pretty awesome but could be better
Pros
Well I rely on this for pulling customer experience data and mapping out what to do next. It makes following up so much simpler than before.
Cons
The user interface could definitely use some improvements to make it more moder and user friendly and I wish the pricing was a bit more affordable.
