“Helps me understand user's problems

Pros

The system is easy to use and has a really good design. Its pretty adaptable and makes it easy for me to understand the user's issue quickly and solve it based on that. I would say its a really decent software.

Cons

The customer support could be better. It gets hard to resolve issues on your own if there is no proper assistance. However overall its a good system.
