Offer smooth way to track client journeys

Pros

Antill gives our business a smooth way to track each client's entire journey with our company. Also all the information is quick and easy to access which saves our team time and boosts efficiency.

Cons

Right now it does not integrate with our kitchen design software but I have heard that might be a feature they are adding soon.

User-friendly with a helpful dashboard

Pros

I really like how user-friendly it is. The dashboard is especially helpful as it lets the team see their sales progress right away. The calendar feature is also really solid.

Cons

It does not connect with our other systems like our dealer management software. Some parts of the interface could also be a bit more simple to navigate.

absolutely top-notch customer service

Pros

Anthill CRM customer service and support are absolutely top-notch. The team is friendly, fun and super knowledgeable as they are always willing to help find solutions that make the business run smoother and information easier to find.

Cons

I wish I could make small tweaks to the system myself like adding headings to dropdown menus.

Very advanced reporting features

Pros

The reporting features are seriously advanced. Even if we cannot build the exact report we need on our own, their support team is ready to create custom code to get us as close as possible to what we are looking for.

Cons

Getting the software fully up and running took a bit longer than we expected but we are really glad it's finally live and working smoothly.

exceptional tool

Pros

Anthill CRM tool covers everything I need in one place. I can track the complete customer journey from start to finish which really helps me make smarter decisions when I can see the whole picture laid out clearly.

Cons

The dashboard could definitely use some work as it feels pretty basic right now and doesnt really help me make quick decisions. Plus I would love to see more filtering options added to make navigation easier and more user friendly.
