“Great user experience overall
Pros
What I like most is how flexible the desk booking system is. My team can access it through the mobile app, web interface or directly from Teams which is incredibly convenient. Plus finding available desks is simple too whether I am browsing the floor plan, checking the list view or searching for colleagues to see where they are seated. This versatility made our rollout much smoother than we anticipated. Beyond desk reservations we also use it for visitor sign-ins and automatic host notifications when guests arrive.
Cons
I wish I could rearrange the admin dashboard menu to put my most used modules at the top. Well I am not sure if other companies offer this feature but it would save me a few seconds each day navigating around.

“UI is great with useful floor maps
Pros
I can easily locate my coworkers and see where they have reserved desks, then choose a spot nearby. The visual floor plan is great too as it shows all the desks and meeting rooms with details about who is booked what. This feature is pretty useful in our large office space and new visitors always find it super helpful for navigation.
Cons
Not a complaint but I wish there was a way to save certain coworkers and automatically view there schedules as they have this feature for teams but not for custom groups I set up myself.

“Delivers what it promises
Pros
With Archie I can easily set up external visitors through this platform and tracking past visitors along with reviewing their presence is quite easy too.
Cons
We are pleased with the software overall though we have not started using the meeting room booking features yet. I feel like we are missing out on some value since we havent fully implemented all the available functionality.

“Provides the best support
Pros
The support team is absolutely the best. They are always there when you need help and I have noticed they keep making their documentation better too. I feel like this software would not be nearly as good without such a dedicated team backing it up.
Cons
Billing is clear enough but I would really appreciate more detailed breakdowns of how I am using the system as it would help me understand my usage patterns better.

“My experience is pretty good
Pros
Archie interface is very user friendly Switching between floor plan and list view takes just one tap and the filtering options help me locate exactly what I need in seconds. We have been using it for conference rooms and hot desks and it's performed really well so far.
Cons
One thing I wish for is that it would display my recent bookings as soon as I open the app and it would be great to have a "book again" button for added convenience.

Pros
I can quickly check when my teammates will be in the office and reserve a desk nearby. The zones system works great since different departments get their own designated areas so I always get priority seating with my team. Plus the notifications for guest visits and meeting room bookings are super helpful too. Overall it is a really solid app.
Cons
The mobile app works well but it has missing several features that are available on the desktop version.

Pros
I love being able to register visitors ahead of time before they even show up for meetings. Plus the system lets me book conference rooms in advance and sends helpful reminders about upcoming meetings and events.

Pros
The implementation during our return to office transition really simplified things. Also I can easily see when my team members are in the office which helps me decide when to book my own workspace there.
Cons
It would be great if I could get alerts when certain team members make bookings rather than having to check manually

Pros
Archie software resource booking feature is quite amazing and I really like how streamlined the visitor management process is. Plus getting automatic notifications when guests arrive is proven quite helpful and having meeting rooms booked automatically for visits makes everything so much smoother. Overall the whole system runs seamlessly and has saved me a significant amount of time.
Cons
Setting it up initially was not the most simple process but once we get everything configured properly, it works really well

Cons

Pros
Managing our hybrid work setup has become so much simpler with this platform! The space management and desk booking tools let our marketing team coordinate office days without any hassle. Room scheduling is simple too and even newcomers figure it out fast. Plus being able to see who is working where on any day has really improved how we plan meetings and brainstorming sessions. Also their support team is simply the best and getting it connected with our existing software was surprisingly easy
Cons
The mobile app can be a bit slow to sync with new bookings which is slightly annoying but it doesnt really impact the overall experience much.

Pros
We switched to this tool when everyone had to come back to the office and it has made scheduling our in-person days and booking meeting rooms so much easier. Also the team picked it up quickly which was a huge relief since getting people to adopt new software can be tricky.
Cons
Analytics customization could be more user friendly as I find the current options feel pretty limited and are not as simple to set up as I would like.
