Limited features and basic reporting

Pros

It's one of the simpler CRM tools I've worked with. A plus is that we don't need to set up extra restrictions for lead capture since it only records the preset conditions by default.

Cons

At the same time it feels quite limited in terms of features and doesn't offer the depth you get with platforms like LeadSquared or Salesforce. The lead segregation stages are few there isn't much guidance around lead stages and the sales reporting stays fairly basic.

beginner friendly crm setup

Pros

Very simple to start working with even if you're new to CRM software. It makes organizing client information much better so finding details and contacting people is quicker. One of the biggest advantages is the onboarding process which feels very smooth compared to many other CRM platforms.

Cons

Sometimes it doesn't feel very responsive and that can disrupt the flow of work. It would also be better if more features were included. The pricing could be more affordable too especially for smaller businesses which would help it appeal to a wider market.

familiar CRM interface

Pros

Has an interface that feels fairly similar to other well known CRMs on the market and that familiarity makes it easier for users to get onboarded and adjust to the system without much trouble.

Cons

Because it is still a smaller player in the market customer support and issue resolution are lacking especially through the ticketing system when platform problems come up. Aside from that there is still plenty of room for improvement.
