I have interacted with several individuals in their company and all of them have been exceptionally helpful and informative. They can guide you towards the tools that complement their platform. I highly recommend it.

Pros
Searching and exporting lease comps was quite simple. Additionally, it served as a suitable location for us to store our market deals.
Cons
Well the platform lacked user friendliness. It is overly complex for individuals without prior platform knowledge to modify or update contacts or leases within the system. Moreover, it contained numerous features unused by us which results in increased complexity when attempting to make changes or updates to our data. Furthermore it felt outdated.
